Claims (1)
- 92-93%의 실리카를 함유하는 광석의 미세 분말에 왕수(HNO3+HCl)를 가한 후 실리카 침전물을 분리하고, 이 침전물을 세척액의 pH값이 7이 될때까지 물로 세척한 다음, 생성된 실리카 분말을 250-300℃에서 건조함을 특징으로 하는 고순도 실리카의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
