Claims (5)

  1. 폼 가능한 조성율을 혼합하는 폼 믹서 산포기 기구에 있어서, (a) 믹싱 챔버내에 충돌유체흐름을 유입시키기 위해 채택된 대향한 제1 및 제2유체입구부지를 갖춘 믹싱 챔버를 포함한 믹싱 헤드, (b) 제1휴지 기간 동안에 믹싱 챔버에서 성분들의 충돌 혼합을 위해서, 미리 가압되고 혼합되지 않은 상태에서 폼 가능한 조성물의 연속적이지만 단속적인 성분들의 흐름을 제1 및 제2입구부재에 각각 분리적으로 공급하는 부재, (c) 믹싱 챔버로 부터 혼합된 폼 가능한 조성물의 방출을 위한 제1출구 포오트, (d) 제1출구 포오트에서 믹싱 헤드에 밀봉적으로 부착되고, 믹싱 챔버 보다 더욱 큰 용량을 갖춘 포밍 챔버를 포함하고 여기에서 제1출구 포오트가 믹싱 챔버와 포밍 챔버 사이에 유체 통로를 설정하고 있는 분배 헤드, (e) 믹싱 챔버로 부터 제1출구 포오트를 통해서 포밍 챔버내로 혼합된 조성물을 단속적으로 방출하면서 믹싱 챔버에 유입되는 혼합되지 않은 성분들의 흐름을 억제하고, 조성물이 적어도 제2휴지 기간 동안에 더욱 높아진 흐름가능한 점성을 얻고 폼 되도록 허용하는 부재, (f) 분배 헤드로 부터 폼된 조성물의 방출을 위한 제2출구 포오트, 및 (g) 제2출구 포오트를 통해서 폼된 조성물을 밀기 위한 부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폼믹서-산포기 기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (g)에서 개시한 부재는 공기 작동 플런저로 더 구성되어 있으며, 포밍 챔버는 원추형 끝으로된 원통형이며 제2출구 포오트는 원추형 끝의 팁에 위치해 있고, 제1및 제2입구 부재의 적어도 하나는 가압된 가스의 소오스에 연결되어 있으며, (d)에 개시된 유체 통로는 길게 뻗은 믹싱 채널과 사용중에 믹서-산포기를 조작자가 유지하는 것을 허용하는 핸들, 믹싱 헤드로 성분들의 흐름을 제어하는 밸브, 제2출구 포오트로 부티 폼된 조성물의 방출을 제어하는 다른 밸브로 더 구성되어 있으며, 포밍 챔버는 믹싱 챔버의 체적보다 200배 이상 더 큰 체적을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 분배 헤드는 혼합된 조성물을 가연하는 부재로 더 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
  4. 폼 가능한 조성물을 혼합하는 폼믹서 산포기 기구에 있어서, (a) 믹싱 챔버내에 충돌유체흐름을 유입시키기 위해 채택된 대향한 제1 및 제2유체입구부재를 갖춘 믹싱 챔버를 포함한 믹싱 헤드, (b) 제1휴지 기간 동안에 믹싱 챔버에서 성분들의 충돌 혼합을 위해서, 미리 가압되고 혼합되지 않은 상태에서 폼 가능한 조성물의 연속적이지만 단속적인 성분물의 흐름을 제1및 제2입구부재에 각각 분리적으로 공급하는 부재,(c) 믹싱 챔버로 부터 혼합된 폼 가능한 조성물의 방출을 위한 제1출구 포오트, (d) 제1출구 포오트에시 믹싱 헤드에 밀봉적으로 부착되고, 믹싱 챔버 보다 더욱 큰 용량을 갖춘 포밍 챔버를 포함하고 여기에서 제1출구 포오트가 믹싱 챔버와 포밍 챔버 사이에 유체 통로를 설정하고 있는 분배 헤드를 (e) 믹싱 챔버로 부터 포밍 챔버내로 혼합된 조성물을 방출하면서 믹싱 챔버로 유입되는 혼합되지 않은 성분들의 흐름을 차단하며 포밍 챔버에서 조성물이 제2휴지 기간 동안 더욱 높아진 흐름가능한 점성을 얻고 폼 되도록 허용하는 전전 행정과 제1피스톤의 전진 행정전에 성분물의 선정된 양이 믹싱 챔버내로 흐르는 것을 허용하는 후진 행정 사이에 왕복가능한 제1피스톤, (f) 분배 헤드로 부터 폼된 조성물의 방출을 위한 제2출구 포오트, 및 (f) 제2휴저 기간에 연속되어 폼된 조성물을 제2출구 포오트를 통해 기질상에 미는 제2피스톤의 전진 행정과 제l피스톤의 후진 행정전에 제2피스톤을 후퇴시키는 제2피스톤의 후진 뱅징 사이에 왕복가능하며, 폼된 조성물을 접촉하도록 채택된 플런저 팁을 갖춘 제2피스톤으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폼믹서-산포기 기구.
  5. 제1항의 믹서 산포기를 사용하여 흐름가능한 폼을 기질상에 산포하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 충돌 혼합에 의해서 믹싱 챔버에서 폼 가능한 조성물의 분리된 성분들을 혼합하는 단계, (b) 포밍 챔버를 부분적으로 채우도록 포밍 챔버대에 혼합된 2-파아트 조성물을 방출하는 단계, (c) 혼합된 조성물을 포밍 챔버에서 폼 되도록 허용하며 원하는 정도까지 첨성을 증가시키는 단계, (d) 제2출구 포오트를 통해서 기질상에 흐름가능한 폼된 조성물을 방출하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 흐름가능한 폼을 기질상에 산포하는 방법.
