제1도는 내지 제2도는 주사 전자 현미경을 사용하여 수득한, 본 발명에 따른 방법으로 처리하여 백혈구와 접촉시킨 렌즈의 사진이다.
Claims (11)
- 수소 원자를 함유하며 이러한 유형의 장치에 통상 요구되는 기계적 질을 갖는 중합체 기질을 포함하는 안과용, 특히 안내 이식 또는 렌즈용 장치에 있어서, 표면에 존재하는 수소 원자가 불소 원자 또는 CF, CF2또는 CF3그룹에 의해 치환되고, 불소의 총량이 표면에 존재하는 원자의 15% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 기질이 광학적 질을 갖는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 기질이 풀리(메틸 메타그릴레이드)(PMMA), 2-하이드록시에틸 메타 크릴레이드(HEMA), 실리콘 또는 폴리설포네이트인 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불소의 총량이 표면에 존재하는 원자의 30% 이상, 바람직하게는 30 내지 50%인 장치.
- 사용에 적합한 형태의 장치를 반응기 용량ℓ당 약 3내지 약 10w의 전력을 반응기에 공급하여 비중합성 불소-함유단자의 플라즈마로 표면 처리함을 포함하여 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항의 장치를 제조하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 장치의 처리 시간이 1내지 20분인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 처리온도가 20내지 80℃인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 처리를 진공하, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 1torr의 압력에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제5항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불소-함유 분작가 CF4및 SF6기체인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 반응기 전달 전력이 ℓ당 약 7w이고 처리 시간이 약 10분인 방법.
- 제5항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장치를 처리후에 멸균 처리하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
