Claims (3)

  1. 브이씨알의 릴토오크장치에 있어서, 동일형릴디스크(35)에 공급측릴기어(31)가 일체로 형성된 공급릴테이블(S´)과, 중심축(40)의 상부에는 통상의 아이들러기구(Ⅰ)가 구비됨과 아울러 그 하부에는 캡스턴모터의 구동력의 적절한 토오크로 변환시켜 아이들러기구(Ⅰ)로 전달하는 일체형 클러치수단이 구비된 중심기어조립체(C´)와, 동일형릴디스크(54)에 권취측릴기어(32)가 일체로 형성된 권취릴테이블(S´)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 브이씨알의 릴토오크장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일체형 클러치수단은 중심축(40)의 중간부에 삽입되는 저면에 펠트(47)가 부착된 마찰판(48)과, 펠트(47)에 상면이 접촉되는 플랜지(49)와, 아이들 러기구(Ⅰ)의 중심기어(33) 및 마찰판(48)의 사이에 개재되어 마찰판(48)을 하향으로 탄력지지하는 압축코일스프링(50)과, 벨트(51)가 권희됨과 아울러 승강수단에 의하여 플랜지(49)로부터 승강되어 릴토오크를 플랜지(49) 및 펠트(47)로 전달하는 분리형 중심풀리(52)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 브이씨알의 릴토오크장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 승강수단은 플랜지(49)의 몸체(49a)외주면 일정부위에 형성된 경사안내홈(49b)과, 상기 중심풀리(52)의 축공(52b)내주벽 일정부위에 형성되어 상기 플랜지(49)의 경사안내홈(49b)에 삽입안내되는 안내돌기(52c)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 브이씨알의 릴토오크장치.
