Abstract

본 발명은 테이프 레코더의 릴 구동장치를 개시한다.
본 발명은, 지지보스가 돌출 설치된 브라켓과; 지지보스상에 고정 설치되는 지지축과; 벨트홈이 마련되고, 그 중심부에는 직경을 달리는 제1,2 가이드 보스가 연장 형성된 릴 풀리와; 제2가이드 보스와의 사이에 소정갭을 유지하도록 끼워 삽입되는 댐퍼기어와; 릴 풀리의 제1가이드 보스상에 상,하이동 가능하게 끼워 삽입된채 댐퍼기어의 회전에 의해 함께 회전되는 클러치 휠과; 댐퍼기어와 제2가이드 보스 사이에 마찰력을 발생시키도록 상호간의 갭사이로 유입되는 오일과; 클러치 휠과 릴 풀리의 상면 사이에 개재되어 클러치 휠을 상방으로 탄성지지하는 스프링;을 포함하여 된 것으로서, 별도로 일방향 스프링과 스프링홀더등이 불필요하여 부품수 감소에 따른 단가절감을 도모할 수 있게 되며, 특히 댐퍼기어와 풀리 상호간에 마찰에 의한 마모가 발생되지 않아 장시간 구동시에도 항시 안정된 토오크력을 얻을 수 있는 효과가 있다. 따라서 이를 채용한 테이프 레코더의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 메인새시의 일측면에 위치된 캡스턴 모터로부터의 동력을 밸브를 통해 전달받아 한쌍의 릴 테이블을 회전 구동시키기 위한 테이프 레코더의 릴 구동장치에 있어서, 상기 메인새시(10)의 일측 하부로부터 연장 형성되며, 그 일측면에 지지보스(30)가 상방으로 돌출 설치된 브라켓(20)과; 상기 지지보스(30)상에 고정 설치되는 지지축(40)과; 상기 지지축(40)상에 회전 가능하게 끼워 삽입되며, 상기 캡스턴 모터(CM)로부터의 동력을 밸브를 통해 전달받도록 그 외주면에 벨트홈(51)이 마련되고, 그 중심부에는 직경을 달리는 제1,2 가이드 보스(52,53)가 연장 형성된 리 풀리(50)와; 상기 릴 풀리(50)의 제2가이드 보스(53)와의 사이에 소정갭을 유지하도록 끼워 삽입되는 댐퍼기어(60)와; 상기 릴 풀리(50)의 제1가이드 보스(52)상에 상,하 이동 가능하게 끼워 삽입된채 상기 댐퍼기어(60)의 회전에 의해 함께 회전되는 클러치 휠(70)과; 상기 댐퍼기어(60)와 상기 제2가이드 보스(53)사이에 마찰력을 발생시키도록 상호간의 갭사이로 유입되는 오일(80)과; 상기 클러치 휠(70)과 상기 릴 풀리(50)의 상면 사이에 개재되어 상기 클러치 휠(70)를 상방으로 탄성지지하는 스프링(90);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 레코더의 릴 구동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브라켓(20)상에 설치된 지지보스(30)는 아웃서트를 통해 일체로 성형되는 테이프 레코더의 릴 구동장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클러치 휠(70)이 상기 제1가이드 보스 (52)를 따라 상,하 이송되는 것을 가이드 하도록 상기 클러치 휠(70)의 내주면과 상기 댐퍼기어(60)의 외주면 사이에 길이 방향을 따라 복수개의 가이드홈(61)과 가이드 돌기(71)를 선택적으로 마련하여 된 테이프 레코더의 릴 구동장치.
