본 고안은 흡음판넬에 관한 것으로, 특히 동일형상으로 절곡된 유공부를 갖는 흡음부재(착색아연도금강판)와 방습부재(유리섬유직포) 및 단열부재(유리섬유, 안면등), 외장부재(착색아연도금강판)를 상호 접착제로 일체화 되게끔 개재된 것을, 건축물의 천정이나 벽면등에 상기 흡음부재쪽의 부위가 서로 맞닿아 고점됨으로써 흡음을 흡수하거나 혹은 방습부재가 습기를 차단 및 단열부재돌출을 방지시켜 흡음판넬의 기능을 다하도록 하여서 된 것이다.
종래 흡음판넬은 제3도와 같이 동일형상으로 절곡된 흡음부재(1)의 상면쪽으로 단열부재(3)와 외장부재(4)를 상호 접착제로 개재시켜서 된 것이다.
또한 흡음부재(1)의 표면은 외장부재(4)와 같은 표면상태로 민자형성되어 있는 것이기 때문에 이러한 흡음판넬을 제4도와 같이 천정이나 벽체에 시공할 경우 건물내외에서 발생되는 충격음을 유공되지 않은 흡음부재(1)의 표면이 제대로 흡수하지 못함은 물론 절곡된 부위에서 반사음을 유발시킴으로 흡음판넬의 기능을 저하시키고 오히려 역효과를 초래하는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로, 벽체에 맞닿아 고정되는 흡음판넬의 흡음부재에 조밀한 유공부를 형성하고, 또한 상기 흡음부재와 단열부재가 서로 개재되는 사이에 방습부재를 위치시킴으로서 벽체에 발생되는 습기나 먼지등이 흡음흡입구인 유공부를 통해 흡수 또는 흡습되는 것을 미연에 방지하여 흡음판넬의 손상 및 파손, 부폐등을 제거하도록 하여서 된 것으로, 이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
유공부(1')가 형성된 흡음부재(1)의 상면으로 방습부재(2)와 단열부재(3) 및 외장부재(4)를 상호 접착제로 개재시켜 면접착시켜서 된 것이다.
이와같이 구성되는 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면, 먼저 제1도와 같이 흡음부제(1), 방습부재(2), 단열부재(3), 외장부재(4)를 일체화 되도록 접착제로 개재시킨 흡음판넬을 제2도와 같이 시공하고자 하는 천정이나 벽체에 흡음부재(1)쪽이 서로 맞닿아 고정되게끔 하면 되는데, 이때 유공부(1')가 조밀하게 형성된 흡음부재(1)는 건물내에서 발생되는 충격음을 흡수하게끔 유공부(1')가 그 기능을 수행할뿐만 아니라 반사음을 와해시키도록 하는 것이다.
또한 방습부재(2)는 건물의 천정이나 벽체에서 생성되는 먼지 및 습기가 흡음부재(1)의 유공부(1')를 통해 단열부재(3)에 스며들어 부폐와 손상시키는 것을 미연에 방지할뿐만 아니라 내부 충진단열재의 돌출을 미연에 방지하여 흡음판넬의 효과를 증대시킬수 있도록 한 것이다.
본원의 흡음판넬은 외장부재(4)를 실내 인테리어 마감 장식등으로 대체시켜 사용이 가능하도록 하였을뿐만 아니라 흡음부재(1)은 흡음을 흡수함은 물론 습기를 차단하도록 방습부재(2)를 사용하였으며, 또한 내장단열부재(3)로서도 사용이 겸비된 것이다.
이상과 같이 본 고안은 간단한 구조와 간편한 시공방법에 의해 누구나 손쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 시공성을 부여시켰으며, 또한 흡음판넬이 접착제에 의해 면접착되어 있기 때문에 내구성이 뛰어나며, 흡음부재의 유공부에 의해 흡음을 흡수하는데 우수할 뿐만 아니라 방습부재가 습기를 차단시켜 방습성을 높일 수 있으며, 단열부재로 인해 단열성과 방음성을 증대시키고, 외장부재를 아연특수처리하였으므로 물세척이 용이하고 해충발생이 없는 위생적인 것이다.

  1. 유공부(1')가 통공된 흡음부재(1)의 상면에 단열부재(3) 및 외장부재(4)를 상호 접착제로 면접착시켜서된 파형상의 흡음판넬에 있어서, 흡음부재(1)와 단열부재(3) 사이에 방습부재(2)를 협착시켜서 된 흡음판넬.
