제3도는 건물내에 설치된 얼음제조기 및 그 통기 시스템의 개략적인 단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 바닥, 바닥으로 부터 상향 뻗어있는 측벽과 상부벽을 가지고 있는 캐비넷, 캐비넷을 제1격실과 제2격실로 나누는 분할부재, 제1격실내에 있는 얼음제조부재, 얼음제조부재로의 물흐름을 제어하기 위한 장치, 및 제1격실내에 있는 증발장치와 제2격실내에 있는 컴프레서장치와 공냉식 콘덴서를 포함하고 있는 냉동 시스템으로 구성되어 있으며, 캐비넷은 얼음제조기가 설치되는 방과 제2격실이 연통하기 위하여 측벽들 중의 하나에 공기입구부재를 가지며, 제2격실내에 있는 콘덴서 냉각팬 장치는 공기입구 부재와 콘덴서장치를 통하여 제2격실내로 공기를 흡입하며, 또한 캐비넷은 제2격실과 연통하는 공기 방출구를 가지고 있는 자급식 얼음제조기에 있어서, 얼음제조기가 설치되는 방의 외부로 제2격실을 환기시키기 위하여 공기 방출구에 연결된 벤트파이프부재, 공기를 벤트파이프를 통하여 제2격실로 부터 배출시키기 위하여 벤트파이프내에 있는 배출팬장치, 및 상기 컴프레서장치, 상기 콘덴서 냉각팬장치와 상기 배출팬장치의 제어 작동을 위한 회로장치로 구성되어 있으며, 회로장치는 컴프레서 방출압력을 조절하기 위하여 콘덴서 냉각팬장치를 온 및 오프하기 위한 장치와 컴프레서장치가 작동하고 있을 때상기 배출팬장치를 작동시키기 위한 장치를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자급식 얼음제조기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 냉동 시스템은 얼음제조부재를 냉각시키기 위하여 컴프레서 장치로 부터 콘덴서를 통하여 그리고 냉동 팽창조절기를 통하여 증발장치로 냉매를 순환시키기 위한 얼음결빙 모우드로 작동가능한 장치 및 얼음제조부재를 가열시키기 위하여 컴프레서장치로 부터 증발장치로 냉매를 순환시키기 위한 얼음수확 모우드로 작동가능한 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자급식 얼음제조기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공기방출구는 상부벽에 있으며 벤트파이프 부재는 캐비넷으로 부터 상향 뻗어 얼음제조기가 설치되어 있는 방의 천장을 통하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자급식 얼음제조기.
  4. 제1,2,3항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 회로장치는 제2격실로 부터 벤트파이프부재 안쪽에서 배출팬 장치로 뻗어있는 전력도체를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자급식 얼음제조기.
  5. 제 1,2,3,4항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 콘덴서 냉각팬 장치는 수평측에 대하여 회전하도록 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자급식 얼음제조기.
