Claims (7)

  1. (A) (i)첨가된 전자 공여체의 부재하에 약 8:0.5- 약 8:3의 몰비로 마그네슘 할라이드 지지체 기재 및 알루미늄 트리할라이드를 공동-미분쇄(co-comminnuting)하고; (ii)그 다음 첨가된 전자 공여체의 부재하에 단계 (i)의 성성물을, 약 8:0.4- 약 8:1의 마그네슘 할라이드 대 티타늄 테트라할라이드의 몰비를 제공하기 위해 충분한 티타늄 테트라할라이드와 공동-미분쇄 시킴으로써 제조된 고체촉매성분; 및 (B) 약 50:1- 약 600:1범위내로 Al/Ti비를 제공하기에 충분한 양을 각 알킬기내 1-9개 탄소원자를 갖는 트리알킬알루미늄 조촉매 성분으로 구성된 촉매 시스템으로 프로필렌을 중합시키는 것으로 구성된, 약 1.0dl/g 이하의 고유점도를 갖고 실질적으로 아이소택틱 결정도가 없는 디에틸 에테르 가용성 부분 약 35%-약 55%를 포함하는 실질적으로 무정형인 엘라스토머성 고분자량 프로필렌 단독중합체의 생성방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단독 중합체가, 약 100℃-115℃의 융점 및 약 2.0cal./gm. 이하의 융해열을 갖는 헵탄 가용성 부분 약 30%-약 70%를 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단독 중합체가 약 145℃-165℃의 융점, 190℃에서 200,000 cps 이상의 용융 점도, 및 약 4cal/gm.-약 10cal./gm. 융해열을 갖는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 중합이 약 400psig-약 5501psig의 압력에서 수행되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 중합이 약 54.4℃(약 130℉)-약 65.6℃(약 150℉)의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 수소 농도가, 190℃에서 200,000이상의 용융점도를 갖는 중합체를 생성하기 위해 중합중에 조절되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 수소농도가, 230℃에서 80g/10분 이하의 용융 유량을 갖는 중합체를 생성하기 위해 중합중에 조절되는 방법.
