Claims (7)

  1. 제2보우(6)와 제1보우(5)위의 여러쌍의 측면보지를 클로오(12,14)사이에 삽입된 세로지지물(3)은 운반된 탄성중합물질의 유리닦는 장치 블레이드(4)와 볼록한 출부가 작동아암에 부착하는 중앙부분(7)을 갖고 오목한 측부가 최소한 두개의 제2보우(6)를 갖는 제1보우(5)로 구성되 주형이 떠진 플라스틱물질의 호울더(2)를 포함하는 바람막이 유리닦는 장치 브레이드에서 제2보우(5)는 제1보우(5)와 하나의 피스로 형성되고 제1보우(5)는 유리닦는 장치 블레이드(4)의 지지물이 호울더(2) 밖으로 세로로 나오지 못하도록 제2보우(6)와 같은 측부에 단부(5a,5b)로부터 돌출하는 두 일체된 가로의 중심잡고 멈추게 하는 돌출부(10,11)를 갖는 특징이 있는 바람막이 유리닦는 장치 블레이드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1보우(5)의 부착물부분(7)은 제1보우(5)와 일체인 가로고정핀(8)을 포함하는 특징이 있는 바람막이 유리닦는 장치 블레이드.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 여러쌍의 측면보지 클로오(12,14)는 제1보우(5)와 제2보우(6) 각각과 일체이고 각쌍(12,14)의 클로오는 세로로 서로로부터 이동되어 있는 특징이 있는 바람막이 유리닦는 장치 블레이드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서 최소한 길이의 대부분에서 제1보우(5)는 공동이 보우의 볼록한 측부에 있는 홈모양의 횡단면(9)을 갖는 특징이 있는 바람막이 유리닦는 장치 블레이드.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 지지물(3)은 보조적인 둥글어진 횡단면을 갖는 유리닦는 장치 블레이드(4)의 대부분(17)이 삽입되고 클로오(12,14)로부터 돌출하는 열려진 둥글어진 횡단면의 속이 빈 부분(16)과 보지클로오(12,14)사이에 맞물리는 대부분(15)을 갖는 특징이 있는 바람막이 유리닦는 장치 블레이드.
  6. 제1항에서 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, -열가소성수지 물질로부터 제2보우(6), 부착물부분(7), 보지크로오(12,14)와 제1보우(5)의 한단부(5a)에서의 중심잡고 멈추게 하는 돌출부(10)와 함께 제1보우(5)를 주형뜨기, 제1보우(5)의 다른 단부(5b)에서의 다른 가로중심잡고 멈추게 하는 돌출부(11)는 제2보우(6)의 반대측부로부터 돌출하도록 주형이 떠진다.
    -유리닦는 장치 블레이드(4)와 세로지지물(3)을 갖추고 상호 연결하기, -제1보우(5)의 언급한 다른 단부(5b)로부터 측면보지클로오(12,14)사이에 세로지지물(3)을 삽입하기, -제2보우(6)와 같은 측부로부터 돌출하도록 다른 중심잡고 멈추게 하는 돌출부(11)를 이동하기의 단계를 구성하는 특징이 있는 바람막이 유리닦는 장치 블레이드를 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 다른 중심잡고 멈추게 하는 돌출부(11)는 초음파 이동으로 옮겨지는 특징이 있는 방법.
