Description

순간열전도관을 이용한 난방장치

본 고안은 순간열전도관을 이용한 난방장치에 있어서 순간열전도관에 삽입되는 전기히터와 전기히터 수장실의 개선에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 제3도에서와 같이 전기히터(10)의 형상이 측면에서 보아 ""형상으로서 압부분이나 뒷부분의 직경이 거의 서로 같은 크기로 되어있고 이 전기히터가 삽입되는 순간열전도간(11)의 수장실(12)역시 앞뒤 직경의 크기가 거의 같은 형상으로 되어 있기 때문에 전기히터(10)의 직경과 수장실(12)의 직경이 정교하게 서로 일치하지 않으면 전기히터(10)삽입시에 너무 빡빡하여 삽입이 잘안되거나 또는 헐겁게 삽입이 잘될 경우에는 전기히터(10)의 외면과 수장실(12)내면과의 밀착도가 낮아 열전도율이 낮아질뿐 아니라 전기히터(10)의 열이 순간열전도간(11)으로 신속히 전도되지 못하므로서 전기 히터(10)가 과열되어 사용수명이 단축되는 등의 문제가 있는 것이었다.
본 고안은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 전기히터와 수장실의 몸체가 일측으로 약간 경사지게 한 것으로서 이를 첨부도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
순간열전도관(1)의 일측에 수장실(2)을 형성하고 이 수장실(2)에 전기히터(4)를 삽입한 것에 있어서, 수장실(2)의 외측(3)이 내측(3')보다 약간 넓도록하고 이 수장실(2)에 삽입되는 전기히터(4)역시 외측(5)직경이 내측(5')직경보다 약간 크도록 하여서 된 것이다.
미설명부호 (6)은 전기선이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 수장실(2)의 길이를 전기히터(4)보다 약간 길게 하여 사용하면 수장실(2)과 전기히터(4)가 다같이 외측(3)(5)이 내측(3')(5')보다 약간 넓게 형성되어 있기 때문에 종래와 달리 크기가 서로 정교하게 일치하지 않아도 삽입에 어려움이 없고 전기히터(4)의 외면과 수장실(2)의 내면은 항상 충분히 밀착되므로 열전도율이 높고 전기히터(4)의 과열현상을 방지하여 사용수명을 길게하는 등의 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 순간열전도관(1)에 형성되는 수장실(2)의 외측(3)이 내측(3')보다 약간 크도록하고 전기히터(4)역시 외측(5)직경이 내측(5')직경보다 약간 크도록 하여서된 순간열전도관을 이용한 난방장치.
