  1. 고내에 다단계로 배치되는 소요 복수개의 빵반죽 얹어 놓기용의 각 선반판 내부에, 일단에서 타단으로 관통하는 통풍로를 형성하고, 이 각 통풍로를 통해서 고내 전체에 통풍 가능으로 이 각 통풍로의 일단을, 고내 일측에 형성하여 송풍유닛과 접속되어있는 송풍통로에 연통하고, 타단을 고내에 열림하여 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 배로.
