Description

음이온과 방향제를 이용한 소형(탁상용)공기 정화기

본 고안은 이동과 설치가 간편한 소형(탁상용)공기 정화기에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 공기 정화장치가 부피가 크고 설치장소에 제약을 받는 단점을 보완하여 어느 장소에서나 쉽게 설치, 사용 할 수 있도록 고안되었다.
본 고안의 목적은 주로 좁은 공간이나 탁상에서 생활하는 직업인 대부분이 실내의 분진이나 담배연기, 아황산가스 등에 오염된 공기를 호흡하면서 유발될 수 있는 각종 질병과 스트레스를 해소하여 쾌적한 실내 생활을 영위토록 하는 것이다.
첨부한 도면에 의거한 본 고안의 구성, 작용, 효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도에 나타난 본 고안의 구성은 기체(1) 하단에 음이온 발생판(2)을 설치하고 그 위로 기체 벽면에 흡입구(10)와 필터(3)를 설치하여, 기체 (1)의 중간 부분에 팬모터 지지대(5)와 흡입과 배출작용을 하는 팬모터(4)를, 그리고 팬모터(4)의 풍향 각도에 알맞는 배출날개(9)로서 배출구(11)를 기체(1) 상단에 설치한다.
그리고 배출구(11)상단 기체의 중심 위치에 살균성 방향제(7)를 수용할 수 있는 방향제통(6)과 방향제 삽입을 위한 방향제 개폐구(8)를 설치한다.
본 고안의 작용, 효과는 다음과 같다.
기체(1)안에 설치된 팬모터(4)에 의하여 실내의 오염된 공기가 흡입구(10)와 필터(3)을 거치면서 공기 중의 분진과 먼지가 제거된다.
분진과 먼지가 제거된 상태로 기체 안에 유입된 공기는 음이온 발생판(2)에서 발생된 음이온과 혼합되어 유독가스가 중화되면 이 과정이 중화실(12)에서 이루워진다.
중화실(12)에서 정화된 공기는 팬모터(4)에 의하여 상층부 배출실(13)로 이송되며 이송된 공기는 방향제통(6)에 흘러 나오는 살균성 방향제(7)와 다시 혼합된다.
이때 공기 중에 부유하는 세균과 음이온의 비릿한 냄새가 살균성 방향제(7)에 의하여 제거되며 살균성 방향제(7)의 설치로 기체(1)의 크기를 극소화할 수 있는 것이다.
세균과 음이온의 냄새가 제거된 공기는 팬모터(4)의 풍력에 실려 풍향각도에 알맞는 배출날개(9)와 배출구(11)를 통하여 외부로 방출된다.
이때 기체(1) 밖으로 방출되는 정화된 공기는 팬모터(4)의 풍력과 풍향각도에 알맞는 배출날개(9)에 의하여 사용자의 안면 부위로 보내지게 되는 소형(탁상용)공기 정화기.

  1. 기체(1) 하단에 음이온 발생판(2)을 설치하고, 그 위 기체(1)벽에 흡입구(10)와 필터(3)를 설하여 중화실(12)을 형성하며, 중화실(12) 상측 중앙에 흡입과 배출을 동시에 수행하는 팬모터(4)와 팬모터 지지대(5)를 설치하고, 팬모터(4)의 중심점을 기준으로 상측에 원통형의 방향제통(6)과 살균성 방향제(7), 방향제 개폐구(8)을 설치하며, 기체(1)상단 벽에 팬모터(4)의 풍향각도에 알맞는 배출구(11)와 배출날개(9)를 설하여 된소형(탁상용)공기 정화기.
