Claims (14)

  1. 플라스틱 재로로 형성되어 그 내부에 전도성 요소들이 삽입된 플라스틱 케이싱을 포함함으로써, 상기 케이싱에 정전하가 전도되는 유체 처리장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 케이싱은 호모플리머 아세탈 수지로 구성되는 유체 처리 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기플라스틱 케이싱은 내부에 금속 파이버가 삽입되어 있는 유체 처리 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 요소들은 스테인리스 강모로 구성되는 유체 처리 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 사이 스테인리스 강모는 케이싱 중량의 25% 보다 적은 유체 처리 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 스테인리스 강모는 상기 케이싱 중량의 7%를 차지하는 유체 처리 장치.
  7. 플라스틱 재료로 형성되어 그 내부에 전도성 요소들이 삽입되어 있는 플라스틱 케이싱을 포함함으로써, 상기 케이싱 정전하가 전도되는 다이어프램 펌프.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 프라스틱 케이싱은 호모폴리머 아세탈 수지로 구성되는 유체 처리 장치.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 프라스틱 케이싱의 내버에 금속 파이버 효소들이삽입되어 있는 유체 처리 장치.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 요소들은 스테인리스 강모로 구성되는 유체 처리 장치.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스테인리스 강모는 상기 케이싱 중량의 25%보다 적은 유체 처리 장치.
  12. 호모폴리머 아세탈 수지로 형성되어 그 내부에 금속제의 전도성 요소들이 삽입된 다수의 전도성 플라스틱 부품들로 구성된 유체 처리 장치로서, 상기 부품들 사이를 연결하고, 상기 요소들을 접지하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 결합 스트랩들을 더 포함하는 유체 처리 장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 다이어프램 펌프를 포함하는 유체 처리 장치.
  14. 연소가능한 부식성 유체들 용의 다이어프램 펌프는 체결구들에의해 함께 조립된 성형 부품들로 형성된 플라스틱 펌프 하우징을 포함하고, 그 하우징은 호모폴리머 아세탈 수지로 제되어 그 내부에 전도성의 금속제 요소들이 삽입됨으로써 상기 하우징에 정전하가 전도되며, 상기 펌프 하우징에는 상기 펌프 하우징 부품들 사이를 상호 연결하여 펌프 구조물을 접지하기 위한 편리한 수단을 형성하는 접지 스트랩 수단이 더 제공되는 다이어프램 펌프.
