Description

전자총의 보조 지지체
제 1 도는 본 고안에 관련된 전자총의 보조지지체를 나타내는 사시도.
제 2 도는 제 1 도의 보조지지체를 사용한 전자총의 개략 구성도.
제 3 도는 종래 전자총의 보조 지지체를 나타내는 사시도.
제 4 도는 제 3 도의 보조지지체를 사용한 전자총의 단면도이다.

본 고안은 전자총의 보조지지체에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 칼라브라운관용 전자총을 구성하고 있는 전극의 강도를 보완하기 위한 전자총의 보조지지체에 관한 것이다.
제 4 도는 종래의 전자총을 나타내는 개략 구성도이다.
전자총은 통상적으로 음극체(1)에 제1 내지 제4전극(2-5)이 순차적으로 대향 배열된 구조로 되어 있고, 그중에서 제3전극(4)은 2개의 컵상전극 또는 2개의 컵상전극에 1개의 보조전극(4-1, 4-2, 4-3)을 포함하는 구성으로 되어 있다.
상기 전극들은 비이드글래스에 의해 고정 배열되는데 특히 제3전극(4)은 컵상 전극으로 되는 까닭에 이를 견고하게 지지시키기 위한 보조지지체(6)를 필요로 하게 된다.
그리고 이에 덧붙여서 브라운관의 펀넬(도시하지 않음)내면에서 넥크내벽을 타고 인가되는 양극전위가 스템(stem)쪽으로 방전(break down)되는 것을 방지해 주는 아크쉴드(7)도 제3전극(4)에 인접 설치된다.
제 3 도는 종래에 사용되고 있는 제3전극의 보조지지체를 도시하고 있다.
상기 보조 지지체(6)는 반원상의 요홈(a)가 형성된 지지판(b)의 일측단을 직교방향으로 절곡 형성해서 상기 비이드글래스(8)에 매립될수 있는 부분을 포함하고 있다.
그러나 이러한 구조의 보조지지체(6)은 상술한 바 있드시 제3전극(4)의 길이가 길기 때문에 이를 충분히 견고하게 지지해 주지 못하는 문제점이 있다.
게다가 이 보조지지체(6)은 제3전극(4)에서 고전위로 되는 보조전극(4-1)에 위치 조절이 불가능한 상태로 부착되기 때문에 이것과 접속지지되는 아크쉴드(7)는 당연히 고압측으로 인접 배치될수 밖에 없고, 따라서 소기의 방전효과를 기대하기 어렵게 되어 있다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 본 고안의 목적은 제3전극을 견고하게 지지시킬수 있고, 또 구조적으로 아크쉴드를 고압측에 멀리 위치시킬수 있게 한 전자총의 보조지지체를 제공하는데 있다.
상기한 바와 같은 본 고안의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은 통상의 컵상전극으로 이루어진 제3전극을 비이드그래스에 연결 지지시키는 전자총의 보조지지체에 있어서, 대략 중앙부에 1쌍의 지지판이 나란히 돌출형성되어 있고, 양측변 종단에 단면 ""상의 단자를 보유하여 일체형으로 된 전자총의 보조지지체를 제공한다.
이하 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 설명한다.
이 실시예에서 상기 제 3 도 및 제 4 도와 동일한 부분에는 동일 부호를 부여하여 중복설명을 피하고 있다.
제 1 도는 본 고안에 관련된 보조지지체를 나타내는 사시도로서, 보조지지체 (6)에는 각각 반원상의 요홈(a)(a')이 형성된 1쌍의 지지판(b)(b')이 중앙부에서 상향 절곡 형성되어 있고, 또 양측변의 일측단에는 1쌍의 단자(c)(c')가 ""자 형태로 절곡 형성되어 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 상기 보조지지체(6)는 지지판(b)(b')과 직교방향으로 연장된 평면부가 제 2 도의 도시와 같이 제3전극(4)의 외주면에 용접연결됨으로써 이를 지지하게 된다.
즉, 음극체(1)에 제1전극 내지 제4전극(2-5)이 순차적으로 대향 설치된 통상의 전자총조립체를 구성함에 있어서, 제3전극(4)의 외주면에 상기 보조지지체(6)의 평면부가 용접됨으로써 일체화되고, 비이드글래스(8)에는 보조지지체(6)으로부터 나란히 돌출된 1쌍의 지지판(b)(b')이 매립됨에 따라 제3전극(4)이 지지되는 것이다.
그리고 아크쉴드(7)는 보조전극체(6)의 양 단자(c)(c')를 통해 연결 지지된다.
상기한 바와 같은 보조지지체에 의하면 제3전극이 2조 1쌍의 지지판을 개재하여 비이드그래스에 매립되는 것이므로 제3전극의 지지상태가 대단히 견고하게 되고, 또 아크쉴드는 보조지지체의 최종단에 형성된 단자와 연결접촉되기 때문에 제3전극에서 고압측과 멀리 위치하게 되어 소기의 방전효과를 얻을수 있게 해 준다.

  1. 통상의 컵상전극으로 이루어진 제3전극을 비이드글래스에 연결지지시키는 전자총의 보조지지체에 있어서, 대략 중앙부에 1쌍의 지지판(b)(b')이 나란히 돌출 형성되어 있고, 양측변 종단에 단면 ""상의 단자(c)(c')를 보유한 구성으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 전자총의 보조지지체.
