Claims (12)
- 장력하에서 토우를 회전 주축으로 전진시키는 단계와, 토우가 주축 상에 놓여 질때 힘을 토우 상에 제공하는 단계와, 토우가 상기 주축에 도달하기 전에 상기 토우를 예열하는 단계와, 상기 주축을 축방향으로 이송하는 가이드에 의해 상기 토우를 나선형 통로내에 안내하는 단계를 포함하는 섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 토우로부터 복합 구조를 구성하고 통합하는 방법에 있어서, 토우가 상기 위치에 있는 토우에 대항하여 밀리는 면에 의해 주축상에 놓여지는 위치에 있는 토우에 추가 힘을 가하는 단계도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토우는 최대 브레이크 강도의 약 5퍼센트 내지 약 50퍼센트의 장력하에 전진하며 상기 추가 힘은 약 125psi 내지 170psi의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 면을 냉각하는 단계로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 면은 가열되는 제1면과 냉각되는 제2면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 복수개의 섬유보강 열가소성 수지로 감아 형성하는 통합된 섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 제품에 있어서, 상기 제품은 직경이 38㎝(15inch)이상이고 공동함유를 5퍼센트 미만, 평균 후프 방향 파형 및 평균 축방향 플라이파형이 플라이 두께의½미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 탄소이며 상기 수지는 폴리에테르에테르켄톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 탄소이며 상기 수지는 폴리에테르케톤케톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 유리이며 상기수지는 폴리에테케톤케톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제품은 리브 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 상기 토우원과 상시 토우를 인장시키는 수단 및 제품을 감도록 상기토우를 주축 상에서 전후로 이송하는가이드를 갖는 캐리지를 포함하는 회전 주축 상에 섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 토우를 감는 장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는 토우가 주축상에 놓여지는 장소에 위치하는 면과, 상기 주축에 대항하여 상기 면을 미는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 면은 제1면과 제2면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 상기 제1면을 가열하는 수단과 상기 제2면을 냉각하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
