Claims (26)
- 식물 키티나제 유전자(b)에 작동적으로 연결되어 식물 키티나제 폴리펩타이드의 과발현을 유도함으로써 식물 병원성 진균에 대한 내성을 부여하는 고수준 프로모터(a)를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 식물을 형질전환시킬 수 있는 재조합 DNA 작제물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고수준 프로모터가 바이러스 제놈으로부터 유도된 재조합 DNA 작제물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고수준 프로모터가 아그로박테리움(Agrobacterium)의 오파인 신타제 유전자로부터 유도된 재조합 DNA 작제물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고수준 프로모터가 콜리플라우어 모자이크 바이러스의 35S 및 19S 성분, 아그로박테리움의 오파인 신티제 유전자의 NOS 및 OCS 프로모터, RUBISCO 소형 아단위의 프로모터 및 클로로필 A/B 결합 단백질 유전자의 프로모터로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 재조합 DNA 작제물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고수준 프로모터가 또한 전사 및 발현을 더욱 증가시키기 위한 인핸서도 함유하는 재조합 DNA 작제물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 인핸서가 바이러스 제놈으로부터 재조합 DNA 작제물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인핸서가 콜리플라우어 모자이크 바이러스의 35S 프로모터로부터 유도된 재조합 DNA 작제물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 인핸서가 아그로박테리움의 오파인 신타제 유전자로부터 유도된 재조합 DNA 작제물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고수준 프로모터가 조직 특이성 프로모터인 재조합 DNA 작제물.

- 식물이 옥수수, 알팔파, 귀리, 기장, 밀, 벼, 보리 및 사탕수수로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 단자엽 식물인 제1항에 따른 재조합 DNA 작제물을 함유하는 트랜스제닉 식물.
- 식물이 대두, 담배, 페튜니아, 목화, 사탕무우, 해바라기, 당근, 셀러리, 아마, 양배추, 오이, 후추, 토마토, 감자, 브라시카, 콩, 딸기 및 상치로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 상가엽 식물인 제1항에 따른 재조합 DNA 작제물을 함유하는 트랜스제닉 식물.
- 제15항에 다른 재조합 DNA 작제물을 함유하는 트랜스제닉 담배.
- 제15항에 다른 재조합 DNA 작제물을 함유하는 트랜스제닉 벼.
