Claims (6)

  1. 난연제로서 열적 팽창 흑연을 폴리우레탄 발포체 칩 100중량부당 15 내지 40중량부의 양으로 혼입시킴을 특징으로 하여, 폴리우레탄 발포체칩을 우레탄형 접착제와 접착시켜 재결합된 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 우레탄형 접착제가 폴리우레탄 발포체칩 100중량부당 5 내지 30중량부의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 열적 팽창 흑연이 1000℃로 급격히 10초동안 가열되면 50 내지 250㏄/g의 팽창성을 갖는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 열적 팽창 흑연이 알카리 금속 또는 알카리 토금속을 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 열적 팽창 흑연이 알카리 금속 또느 알카리 토금속의 황산염을 함유하고 1중량% 농도의 수성 분산액중에서 4.5이상의 pH를 갖는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 열적 팽창 흑연이 30 내지 100메쉬의 입자크기를 갖는 방법.
