제1도는 균열 개시 및 균열 길이(mil)에 대한 시간을 사이클의 수에 대해 플롯팅한 챠트로서, 본 발명의 시료 및 2가지의 선택된 선행기술의 필러 용접 와이어 합금물(filler weld wire alloys)의 시료의 열적 피로시험결과를 각각의 합금 데이타점을 연결하는 커브로써 도시한 것이고, 제2도는 웅력을 온도에 대해 플롯팅한 100시간 파열강도 챠트로서, 본 발명 시료의 파열강도 시험 및 4가지 선행기술의 합금물에 대해 문헌에 보고되어 있는 상응하는 시험 데이타의 결과를 개개의 데이타점으로서 나타낸 것이며, 제3도는 1800℉의 천연개스중에서의 내산화성을 시험 데이타점을 연결하는 커브로서 나타낸 또다른 챠트로서, 평균 침투거리를 수천 시간의 시간에 대해 플롯팅 한 것이다.
Claims (4)
- 본질적으로 24 내지 32%의 크롬, 14 내지 22%의 니켈, 2 내지 8%의 탄탈륨, 0.02 내지 0.75의 세륨, 0.03 내지 0.1%의 탄소 및 잔량의 코발트로 이루어진, 상승된 고온 강도, 내산화성, 고온내부식성 및 열적 피로에 대한 내성의 조합된 특성을 갖고, 그 결과 1800℉의 개스 터어빈 엔진 환경에서 특별한 효용을 갖는, 코발트계 정련 합금(csbalt-base wrought alloy).
- 제1항에 있어서, 본질적으로 29%의 크롬 20%의 니켈, 6%의 탄탈륨, 0.05%의 탄소, 0.25%의 세륨 및 잔량의 코발트로 이루어진 합금.
- 본질적으로 24 내지 32%의 크롬, 14 내지 22%의 니켈, 2 내지 8%의 탄탈륨, 0.02 내지 0.75%의 세륨, 0.03 내지 0.1%의 탄소 및 잔량의 코발트로 이루어진 코발트계 합금의 층으로 국부 피복된 고온(hot stage)개스 터어빈 엔진 구성요소 형태의 복합제품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 슈라우드 블록(shroud block)이며; 피막이 복질적으로 29%의 크롬, 20%의 니켈, 6%의 탄탈륨, 0.05%의 탄소, 0.75%의 세륨 및 잔량의 코발트로 이루어진 복합제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
