제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예로써 세탁기의 전체 개략 단면도, 제2도는 본 발명의 일실시예로써 세탁기에 적용되는 세제거품제거장치의 구성을 보인 요부확대 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 세제거품제거방법이 적용되는 세탁기의 제어회로도.

Claims (7)

  1. 세탁물을 세탁수의 수류 방식으로 세탁하는 세탁조와, 상기 세탁조의 주벽에 설치되어 세탁수상에 떠있는 부유물을 조외로 유출시키는 유출부와, 상기 유출부를 세탁공정의 제어신호에 의하여 구동하며 개로, 폐로하는 거품제거용 밸브를 갖추어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 세제거품 제거 장치.
  2. 세탁코스를 설정함에 따라 세탁물의 세탁, 헹굼, 탈수를 순차적으로 수행하는 세탁기의 세탁방법에 있어서, 세탁 동작의 완료시 설정된 시간동안 부유하는 세제거품을 세탁조외부로 내출해낸후 배수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 세제거품 제거 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유출부는 세탁조의 주벽에 교차되는 수평방향으로 하나 또는 하나 이상 복수개를 갖는 세탁기의 세제거품 제거 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 유출부를 세탁조의 세탁수 저수 수위보다 약간 낮은 위치에 설치하여 세탁수상의 부유물을 자연 배수식으로 배출되게 구성한 것을 포함하는 세탁기의 세제거품 제거 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 거품제거용 밸브에 잇대어, 거품제거용 밸브와 협동하며 세탁조 내의 부유물을 유출부를 통하여 강제흡출방식으로 빨아내어 조외로 배출시키는 흡출수단을 갖는 세탁기의 세제거품 제거 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 흡출수단은 유출부와 교차되는 수직방향으로 설치된 세탁기의 세제거품 제어 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 흡출수단은 거품제거용 밸브와 협동하는 팬모터와, 이 팬모터의 회동축에 설치되어 송풍력을 발생시키는 팬과, 팬의 송풍을 안내하면서 유출부에 흡출력이 발생되게하여 조내의 부유물을 빨아내어조외로 배출시키는 흡출관과, 로 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 세탁기의 세제거품 제거 장치.
