Claims (4)
- 코우히어러트 광원으로부터의 광을, 편광방향조절가능한 편광 소자와 코리메이트 광학계를 개재해서 액정소자에 조사하고, 상기 액정소자로부터의 출사광을 편광판을 통과시켜서 공간적으로 강도변조된 광을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 공간 광변조소자.
- 소정의 위상영역을 가진 확산판을, 액정소자의 입사쪽 또는 출사쪽표면에 근접하여 배치하고, 상기 위상영역은 상기 액정소자의 1개의 화소에 대해서 복수개의 위상영역이 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공간광변조소자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 소정의 위상변위가(0,12,,3,312)또는 (0,13,213)의 각 위상을 배열한 유사랜덤위상 계열에 의해서 주어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공간 광변조소자.
- 코우히어런트광원으로부터의 광을 제1, 제2의 광속으로 분할하고, 상기 제1의 광속을 편광방향조절가능한 편광소자와 코리메이트광학계를 개재해서 액정소자에 입사하여 공간적으로 위상변조된 광을 억고, 상기 제2의 광속을 편광방향 조절가능한 제2의 편광소자를 개재해서 상기 공간변조광과 간섭시키므로서 홀로그램기록이 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상정보기록장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
