Claims (6)
- 디스크 기질이 중심부에 중심공을 갖는 금속판으로 구성된 허브와, 그 금속판을 상기 디스크 기질의 중심부에 고정시키도록 고리형 부재를 포함하여, 상기 허브가 상기 중심공의 중심을 디스크에 형성된 기록트랙의 중심에 일치시키도록 고정되어 있는 디스크에 있어서, 상기 금속판에 상기 중심공이 연마되는 것을 방지하기 위한 보강수단이 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강수단이 상기 중심공의 주위부에 평탄성과 내마모성을 제공하도록 표면 처리함으로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표면처리가 상기 금속판을 관통한 상기 중심공의 주위부에의 도금층의 형성과, 상기 도금층 속으로의 고도의 평탄성을 갖는 불소수지의 주입을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표면처리가 상기 금속판을 관통한 상기 중심공의 주위부에의 도금층의 형성과, 상기 층에의 고도의 평탄성을 갖는 불소수지의 코팅 및, 상기 코팅후의 신터링을 포함흐는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강수단이 상기 금속판의 내주부에 고도의 내마모성과 고도의 평탄성을 갖는 수지로 된 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 부재가 상기 금속판의 한쪽 표면에 배치된 부분과, 상기 금속판의 다른쪽 표면에 배치된 부분 및, 상기 금속판의 양쪽 표면에 배치된 상기 부부을 연결시키기 위하여 상기 중심공의 내벽면을 따라 배치된 연결부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
