제 1 도는 각종의 라이닝용 수지관의 팽창시험에 이용한 시험장치의 개요를 도시하는 단면도이다.
Claims (6)
- 땅속등의 기설관내에 가열연화 상태로해서 삽입한 후, 가열팽창시켜서 상기 기설관내면에 밀착시키는 기설관의 내면 라이닝용의 염화비닐수지관에 있어서, 평균중합도600~1050의 폴리염화비닐수지를 주성분으로 하고, 상기 폴리염화비닐수지 100중량부에 대해서, MMA(메틸메타크리레이트)계 및/또는 MBS(부타디엠, 스티엔, 메틸메타 크리레이트)계 개질제를 3~25중량부 배합한 수지조성물로 구성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시설관의 내면 라이닝용 염화비닐 수지관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평균중합도650~950인 것을 특징으로 하는 기설관내면 라이닝용 염화비닐 수지관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개질제는 폴리염화비닐수지 100중량부에 대해 6~20중량부 배합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기설관 라이닝용 염화비닐 수지관.
- 땅속등의 기설관내에, 가열연화 상태로해서 삽입한 후, 가열팽창시켜서 상기 기설관내면에 밀착시키는 기설관내면 라이닝용 염화비닐수지관에 있어서, 평균중합도400~600의 저중합 폴리연화 비닐수지 40~60중량%와 평균 중합도10501350 고중합 폴리염화 비닐수지 60~40중량%와의 혼합물을 주성분으로 해서, 이 혼합물 100중량부에 대해서, MMA(메틸메타 크리레이트)계 및/또는 MBS(부타디엔, 스티렌, 메틸메타 크리레이트)계 개질제를 3~25중량부 배합한 수지조성물로 구성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기설관의 내면 라이닝염화비닐 수지관.
- 제4항에 있어서, 평균중합도은 450~550이고,은 1100~1200인것을 특징으로 하는 기설관 내면 라이닝용 염화비닐 수지관.
- 제4항 또는 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 개질제는 폴리염화 비닐수지인 혼합물 100중량부에 대해 6~20중량부로 배합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기설관 내면 라이닝용 염화비닐 수지관.참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
