Claims (14)
- 연마 입자들이 결정학적으로 안정한 고온 및 고압 조건하에서 제조되고, 절삭지점 또는 에지와 접착면을 제공하는 접착된 형태의 다량의 초경 연마 입자들을 함유하는 연마체와, 연마체의 접착면에 접착된 중합체계 지지체를 구비하고, 상기 중합체는 사용시에 공구 삽입물이 받는 힘을 지탱하기에 충분한 강도를 갖고 있는 공구 삽입물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연마체는 중합체계 지지체에 제공된 요홈내에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 삽입물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연마체는 중합체계 지지체에 접착된 접착면을 제공하는 기판에 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 삽입물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 기판의 접착면은 거칠게 가공된 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 삽입물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 기관의 접착면은 다수의 홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 삽입물.
- 제3항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 기판은 초경합금 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 삽입물.
- 상기 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체계 지지체는 열가소성 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 삽입물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체는 폴리에테르 에테르 케톤, 폴리에테르 케톤, 폴리아릴 아테르 케톤, 폴리(아미드-이미드) 및 폴리페닐렌 설파이드로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 삽입물.
- 상기 항중의 어느 한 한에 있어서, 중합체는 다량의 입자 또는 섬유가 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 삽입물.
- 상기 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분말 또는 섬유는 흑연 분말 또는 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 삽입물.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 섬유 또는 분말은 약40질량%까지의 양으로 중합체내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 삽입물.
- 상기 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연마체는 연마 압분체인 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 삽입물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연마체는 연속적인 세라믹 접착 매트릭스내에 균일하게 분산된 40 내지 60체적%의 입방정 질화 붕소 입자를 함유하는 소결체인 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 삽입물.
- 가공물을 절삭하는 방법에 있어서, 공구 홀더에 장착된 상기 항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 공구 삽입물을 제공하는 단계와, 가공물로부터 물질을 제거하기 위해 절삭에지 또는 지점에 관해 가공물을 이동하는 단계와, 0.5㎜/회전 이하의 이송 속도로 절삭 에지 또는 지점을 가공물을 따라 전진시키는 단계와, 패스 당 0.5㎜ 이하의 속도로 절삭 에지 또는 지점을 가공물속으로 전진시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 절삭 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
