Claims (10)

  1. 분체원료를 바이더와 섞어서 슬러리 물질을 준비하고; 슬러리물질에서 녹색 시트를 만들고; 노즐-형 몸체를 성형하기 위하여 코어장치위에 녹색 시트를 놓고; 탄성주형장치를 사용한 몸체에 균일한 압력을 가하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 주형 공정에서 사용하는 노즐 성형방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 녹색시트를 만드는 단계에서 조절날을 사용되는 단계를 포함하는 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 주형공정에서 사용되는 노즐 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 녹색시트를 만드는 단계가 삽입 주형방법을 사용하는 단개를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 주형 공정에서 사용되는 노즐 성형 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 녹색 시트를 만드는 단계가 추출 주형 방법을 사용하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 주형 공정에서 사용되는 노즐 성형 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 녹색시트를 만드는 단계가 밸트형으로 녹색시트를 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 녹색시트를 놓는 단계가 맨드릴 위에 벨트형 녹색시트를 감는 단계를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 주형 공정에서 사용되는 노즐 성형방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 녹색시트가 0.5mm에서 5.0mm두께를 가진것을 특징으로 하는 금속 주형 공정에서 사용되는 노즐 성형방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 녹색시트를 만드는 단계가 녹색시트를 건조하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 주형 공정에서 사용되는 노즐 성형방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 균형 압력을 가하는 단계전에 미리 정해진 크기로 몸체를 마무리하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 주형 공정에서 사용되는 노즐 성형방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 원료의 성질에 딸 정해진 대기상태에서 몸체를 연소하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 주형공정에서 사용되는 노즐 성형방법.
  10. 통로를 가지고 그것의 두께 방향으로 적충된 구조도된 몸체를 포함하여, 상기 몸체로 원료 분말과 바이더로 섞인 것에 의해 슬러리 물질을 준비하고; 슬러리 물질로 부터 녹색시트를 만들고; 노즐형 몸체를 형성하기 위하여 코어장치에 녹색시트를 놓고 탄성몰드 장치를 사용한 몸체에 균일한 압력을 가하는 단계를 포함하는 공정으로 제조된 몸체를 포함하는 금속주형공정에 사용되는 노즐.
