제 1 도는 피부의 횡단면을 도식화한 것으로 피부의 혈관계의 상부 모세관계망, 상부 모세관계망을 받쳐주는 하부혈관 및 상부 모세관계망내의 혈류를 조절하기 위해 하부 혈관들 사이를 연결하는 측로(shunts)가 보인다. 제2도는 동물의 피부내로 활성성분과 혈구에 영향을 미치는 물질을 유입시키기 위해 회로로 연결된 도너 및 불관저장기 시스템으로 이루어진 이온전기도입 시스템의 측면도이다. 제3도는 일정 농도의 리도카인에 혈관 확장제인 톨라졸린을 부가하였을때의 리도카인의 이온전기도입법에 의한 투약속도가 증가된 것을 나타낸 그래프이다.
Claims (3)
1)활성성분이 들어있는 제제에 혈구에 영향을 미치는 물질을 첨가하고, 2) 이 제제를 이온전기도입용 시스템의 도너 저장기에 넣고, 3)이 이온전기도입용 시스템을 동물의 외피위에 올려놓고, 4)이온전기도입용 시스템을 작동시켜 피부를 통해 활성성분 및 혈구에 영향을 미치는 물질을 혈관계로 전달시키고, 5)혈구에 영향을 미치는 물질의 작용에 의해 활성성분이 혈관계로 송달되는 것을 변화시키는, 단계로 구성된, 이온전기도입법으로 활성성분이 동물의 혈관계로 송달되는 것을 변화시키는 방법.
동물이 반응하는 약제 및 동물의 상부 모세관계망내의 혈류를 변화시키기 위한 혈구에 영향을 미치는 물질이 활성성분과 혈구에 영향을 물질에 대한 매질로서의 희석제와 결합되어있는 것으로 이루어졌으며 그안에 들어있는 활성성분이 도너 저장기 시스템내에서 전기장을 따라 불관 전국 시스템으로 공이온전기도입되는 제제가 들어가는 도너 저장기 시스템 및 불관 저장기 시스템으로 구성되며, 두 시스템 사이에 걸린 전기장에 의해 이온이 교차하며 흐르는, 이온전기도입법으로 피부를 통해 활성성분을 동물의 혈류로 투입시키는 것을 변화시키기위한 이온전기 도입식 송달장치.
1)이온전기도입법으로 투약하기에 적당한 활성성분과 동일 극성도를 지닌 혈구에 영향을 미치는 물질을 선택하고, 2)혈구에 영향을 미치는 물질이 없이 활성성분만을 이온전기도입시켰을 때보다 피부를 통해 활성성분을 혈관계에 이온전기도입법으로 방출시키는 것을 변화시키기 위한 제제를 만들기 위해 혈구에 영향을 미치는 물질대 활성성분의 비를 결정하고, 3)활성성분과 혈구에 영향을 미치는 물질을 동물의 상부 모세관계망으로 공이온전기도입시키는 단계로 구성된, 활성성분을 피부를 통해 동물 혈관계의 상부 모세관계망에 송달시키는 방법.
