Claims (1)
- 본체에 회전할 수 있게 지지된 초음파진동자에 연결되어 외부에 축형상부가 형성되고, 내부에 가공액을 유통시키는 가공액로가 형성된 초음파혼과, 이 초음파혼에 장착되어 상기 가공액로에 연통하는 관통공을 내부에 가진 공구를 구비한 초음파가공기에 있어서, 상기 본체에 고정되고, 가공액공급수단으로부터 가공액의 공급을 받는 가공액공급액로를 가진 동시에, 상기 축형상부의 외주면에 따른 내주면을 가진 공정측부재와, 이 고정측부재의 내주면에 형성되고, 상기 가공액공급액로와 연통된 원주홈과, 상기 초음파혼에 형성되고, 상기 원주홈에 대향하는 위치에서 또한 이 초음파혼의 축형상부의 외주면에 형성된 개구부를 가지며, 상기 가공액로아 연통하는 혼연통로액로와, 상기 개구부와 인접해서 배설되고, 상기 축형상부의 외주면과 상기 고정측부재의 내주면에 의해서 형성되는 제1의 미소간극과, 이 제1의 미소간극에 인접하여 배설되고, 상기 축형상부의 외주면과 상기 고정측부재의 내주면과의 사이에 형성된 압력강하실과, 상기 고정측부재에 배설되고, 상기 압력강하실에 연통된 드레인액로와 상기 압력강하실에 인잡하여 배설되고, 상기 축형상부의 외주면과 상기 고정측부재의 내주면에 의해서 형성된 제2의 미소간극과, 상기 고정측부재에 배설되고, 상기 제2의 미소간극에 연통된 에어공급통로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파가공기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
