Claims (9)
- 불연성금속분과 합성수지를 가진 혼합재료에 의하여 형성되어 있음과 동시에 표면부에 위치하는 불연성금속분을 가공변형시켜 상호접합시킴으로서 형성된 금속분에 의하여 상기 표면부가 덮어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분성형체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속분성형체는 상기 표면부를 버프연마함으로서, 상기 표면에 위치하는 금속분을 압력과 열에 의하여 변형시킨것을 특징으로 하는 금속분성형체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속분성형체는, 합성수지재료10∼20%를 혼합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분성형체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속분성형체는, 혼합재료를 혼합시켜 가압가열한 후 상기 표면부를 가공한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분성형체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속분성형체는, 복수종류의 불연성금속분을 혼합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분성형체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속분 이외의 불연성재료를 혼합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분성형체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면부를 도금처리시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분성형체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 도금처리는 알루마이트도금처리인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분성형체.
- 불연성금속분과 합성수지를 혼합하는 공정과, 혼합된 재료를 가압가열하여 성형하는 공정과, 성형체의 표면부를 가공함으로서 표면에 위치하는 금속분을 변형시키는 공정과, 변형된 표면을 도금하는 공정등을 구비한 금속분성형체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
