통상의 산화아연바리스터 제조방법에 있어서, 산화비스머스를 제외한 산화아연바리스터의조성물을 일반적인 세라믹 제조공정으로 1200-1450℃에서 1차소결하여 얻어진 소결체에 산화비스머스를 주성분으로 하는 금속산화물 도포제를 도포하여 900-1200℃에서 1시간동안 2차열처리함을 특징으로 하는 산화아연 바리스터의 제조방법.In a conventional zinc oxide varistor manufacturing method, a metal oxide coating agent containing bismuth oxide as a main component is applied to a sintered body obtained by primary sintering of a composition of zinc oxide varistor except bismuth oxide at 1200-1450 ° C. in a general ceramic manufacturing process.
