제10도는 제8도에서 얻어진 암면판의 상하면에 무기질 결합제층을 형성하는 과정을 나타낸 설명도.

Claims (2)

  1. 암면섬유가닥(12)이 밀집상태로 세워진 암면층(14)의 상하 양측면에 석고, 시멘트, 유기결합제로 배합된 반죽물을 종이(15)(15')와 같이 일정두께가 되게 피복하여 반죽물이 암면섬유가닥(12)의 상하 틈새로 침입된 상태로 접합된 경화층(13)과 종이(15)(15')가 피복된 불연성 단열판(11)과 이의 일측면에 흡입공(16)(16')을 천공한 불연성 방음판.
  2. 공지의 기수로 제조된 암면판(25)을 무기질결합제로 적층물을 구성한 것을 종방향으로 절단하여 암면섬유가닥이 세워진 암면판(30)을 만들고 이를 이송하는 과정에서 석고, 시멘트, 유기결합제로 배합된 반죽물을 종이와 같이 상하 양측면에 피복, 접합함을 특징으로 하는 불연성 단열, 방음판의 제조방법.
