Claims (6)
- 도선내의 전도체들 중의 하나와 전기적으로 접속하도록 이 도선의 절연체에 끼워넣기 위한 절연 변위 접속기로서, 서로 겹쳐져 있고, 접촉하는 두 개의 편평한 금속 시트 부분들로 구성되고,각각의 편평한 시트 부분들은 도선 전도체를 수용하기 위해 서로 정렬되어 있는 구멍과, 또한 상기 구멍을 한정하여 그 구멍을 형성하는 한쌍의 돌출부들을 구비하며, 상기 구멍으로 부터 멀어지도록 배향하는 각 돌출부의 측연부는 자유단을 향해 좁아지도록 길이 방향의 적어도 한 부분을 따라 경사져 있고, 각각의 편평한 시트 부분의 평면 으로부터 멀어지도록 연장되어 직각으로 접혀 있음으로써 4개의 경사진 플랜지들응 형성하고, 겹쳐진 편평한 시트 부분들의 양측에 한쌍씩 배치되어 서로 반대 방향으로 연장하는 상기 절연 변위접속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 돌출부의 자유단이 경사져 있는 상기 절연 변위 접속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 편평한 시트 부분들은 편평한 금속 블랭크로써 일체로 형성되고 이 편평한 시트부분들을 서로 연결하는 부분의 접는 선에서 거의 180°도로 접혀져서 서로 겹쳐져있는 상기 절연 변위 접속기
- 제1항에 있어서, 이 접속기의 횡단면은 다리부들을 형성하는 플랜지들을 갖춘 거의 H형이고 접촉하는 편평한 시트 부분들은 H형의 크로스-바아를 형성하는 상기 절연 변위 접속기
- 제1항에 있어서, 서로 반대방향으로 뻗어있는 상기 한쌍의 플랜지들은 접속기의 다른 단부를 향해 뻗어있는 상기 편평한 금속 블랭크의 부분을 경유하여 연결되는 상기 절연 변위접속기
- 절연 물질로 된 하우징에 배치된 다수의 전기 단자들을 구비한 접속기 조립체로서, 상기 전기 단자들은 엇물리는 관계로 배열되어 있고, 각각의 상기 단자의 한 단부는 제1항에 따른 절연 변위 접속기를 구비하고, 각 단자의 다른 단부는 또 다른 접속기로 종결하며, 상기 접속기 조립체는 각각의 절연 변위 접속기로써 도선의 전도체들중의 하나와 전기적으로 접속하도록 도선을 수용하여 끼워넣기에 적합한 상기 접속기조립체.※ 참고 사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
