Claims (2)

  1. 용융방사한 것을 퀜칭에어로 냉각시키고, 오일링한 다음 인터플로튜브(Inter flow tube)에 통과시킨후, 이어서 제1고데ㄷ로울러와 제2고데ㄷ로울러에 순차적으로 통과시킨 다음 권취하는 폴리에스텔 미연신사의 제조방법에 있어서, 냉각영역에서 퀘ㄴ칭에어의 속도를 ±0.1m/10sec 만큼 변동시켜 주며, 타원형의 제1고데ㄷ로울러를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 섬도가 불균일한 폴리에스텔사의 제조방법.
  2. 방사팩, 냉각장치, 오일제트, 인터플로튜브, 제1고덷로울러와 제2고덷로울러 및 권취드럼이 순차적으로 연결되어 있는 폴리에스텔 미연신사의 제조장치에 있어서, 제1고데ㄷ로울러가 타원형으로 되어 있으며 그 장경(L1)과 단경(L2)의 비(L1/L2)가1.15-1.90 범위내에 있으며(단, L1: 140mm, 또는 160mm), 다음조건을 만족시키는 인터플로튜브를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 섬도가 불균일한 폴리에스텔사의 제조장치.
