본 고안은 알미늄 샤시문용 경첩에 관한 것이다. 종래 알미늄 샤시문에 사용되는 경첩은 일반 목재문 또는 금속재문의 경첩과 동일한 형태의 것을 그대로 사용함으로써 샤시문 지지틀과의 밀착지지를 위해서는 지지틀의 일부를 절개시켜 부착하여야 하는 불편이 있었다. 이를 좀더 자세히 설명하면 종래의 결첩(100)은 제4도 및 제4b도의 도시와 같이 현지부(H)를 중심으로한 좌우의 취부편 (200), (200')뒷면에 각기 절곡편(201), (201')을 일체로 형성시켜 샤시문용 프레임(300)과 지지틀(400)에 각각 맞춰 볼트로서 부착하게 되는데, 일반적으로 알미늄 샤시문용 프레임(300)에는 방풍구를 삽착고정시키기 위한 가이드 돌기(300')가 돌설되어 있으므로 경첩(100)의 취부편(200')과 샤시문용 프레임(300)과의 밀착 고정을 위해서는 반드시 가이드돌기(300')의 일부를 쇠톱 또는 기타공구로서 절개시켜 때어내고 취부편(200')의 크기와 동일안 설치홈(5)을 형성시켜야만 함으로써 이에 따른 별도의 작업시간 및 노력이 추가 되는 것이었다.The present invention relates to an aluminum chassis door hinge.
