Claims (12)
- 레이저광 이동 가능성물질: 광섬유: 그리고 상기 레이저광 이동 가능성물질과 광섬유를 연결하는 레이저 광이동가능성 광 연결부재로 이루어진 레이저 광 조사 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유의 팁 앤드가 상기 이동가능성 물질의 후면과 접촉되고 상기 연결부재가 상기 광섬유의 폴 앤드의 외부표면과 상기 이동가능성물질의 후면부분에 적용되도록 제공되고 그것은 상기 광섬유의 상기 팁 앤드에 의하여 접촉된 부분보다 또 다른 것이며 반면에 상기 이동가능성 물질과 상기 광섬유는 상기 연결부재에 의하여 연결된 레이저광 조사 장치.
- 레이저 광 이동가능성 물질: 서로 평행되도록 배치된 광섬유의 복수: 그리고 상기 레이저 광 이동가능성 물질과 상기 광섬유를 연결하는 광 연결 부재로 이루어진 레이저 광 조사 장치.
- 청구범위 제 3항에 있어서, 직통구멍이 상기 레이저 광 이동가능성 물질의 축에 따라 형성되고 상기 광섬유의 복수가 서로 평행되도록 그리고, 상기 이동가능성 물질의 후면에 있도록 배치된 레이저광 조사장치.
- 청구범위 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 이동가능성 물질을 안내하는 유연한 가이드 와이어가 상기 직통 구멍을 통하여 삽입되는 레이저 광 조사장치.
- 청구범위 제 5항에 있어서, 온도를 측정하기 위한 납와이어가 상기 직통구멍을 통하여 삽입되는 레이저 광 조사장치.
- 청구범위 제 1항에 있어서, 이동 가능성 물질이 레이저광 산란 입자를 함유하고 레이저광 이동 가능성 합성수지 물질로 부터 제조된 레이저광 조사장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 직통구멍이 상기 레이저 광 이동가능성 물질의 축에 따라 형성되고 반사층에 상기 직통 구멍의 내부표면위에 형성된 레이저광 조사장치.
- 청구범위 제8항에 있어서, 상기 반사층이 금판층인 레이저 광 조사장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광연결부제가 레이저 광 이동가능성 합성수지 물질로 부터 제조된 레이저 광 조사장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 표면층이 상기 레이저광 이동 가능성 물질의 표면위에 형성되고 상기 표면층이 레이저광 흡수 입자, 상기 이동 가능성 물질과 접합제로서 레이저광 이동 가능성 물질보다 더큰 굴절률을 가지는 광 산란 입자등이 포함하는 레이저 광 조사장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 표면층이 상기 레이저광 이동가능성 물질의표면위에 형성되고 상기 표면층이 성층을 형성하기 위하여 실제적 입자형태를 가지도록 일부분은 용융되고 일부분은 유지된 광 산란 입자수를 포함하는 레이저 광 조사장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
