Claims (5)

  1. RET필름(1)을 베이스(Base)로 사용하는 몸체(2)의 양면 또는 한쪽면에 비닐바인더, 폴리에틸렌 바인더, 카본블랙 윤활제가 포함된 조성물을 2.5㎛정도로 코팅처리한 압지층(3)이 표면에 피복되게 함을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 카세트의 플랩(Flap).
  2. 제1항 기재의 플랩(4)은 몸체(2)일정 부위를 타발하여 일측이 힌지부(5)가 되는 걸림편(6)을 형성하되, 힌지부(5) 후방측은 취부편(7)이 되게하였으며, 이같은 플랩(4)을 하프다운(8)의 서플라이측(9)가 전면벽부(10)에 형성된 지지리브(11)(12)에 끼워지게 하되, 지지리브(11)에는 취부편(7)이 밀착 지지되도록 하고 또다른 지지리브(12)에는 걸림편(6)의 단부가 걸리도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 카세트의 플랩(Flap)설치구조.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 플랩(4)의 몸체(2) 일정부위를 타발하여 일측이 힌지부(5a)가 되는 걸림편(6a)을 형성하되, 걸림편(6a)에는 절곡부(15)가 형성되고, 힌지부(5a) 후방측은 취부편(7a)이 되게하여 하프다운(8)의 서플라이측(9) 전면벽부(10)에 형성된 고정리브(13) 및 지지리브(12a)에 끼워지게 하되, 고정리브(13)에는 걸림편(6a)의 절곡부(15)가 끼워지도록하고 지지리브(12a)에는 걸림편(6a)의 단부가 걸리도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 카세트의 플랩(Flap) 설치구조.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플랩(4)을 서플라이측(9) 전면벽부(10)에 형성된 지지리브(11a)(12b) 및 고정리브(13a)에 끼워지게 하되, 지지리브(11a)에는 취부편(7b)이 밀착지지되면서 걸림편(6b)의 단부는 또다른 지지리브(12b)에 걸리도록 하고, 걸림편(6b)의 절곡부(15a)는 지지리브(11a)와 고정리브(13a) 사이에 끼워지도록 함을 특징으로하는 비디오 테이프 카세트의 플랩(Flap)설치구조.
  5. 제2항 또는 제3항 및 제4항에 있어서, 플랩(4)의 몸체(2) 일정부위와 그 후방을 타발하여 일측이 힌지부(5b)(5c)가 되는 걸림편(6c)(6d)을 형성하되, 서플라이측(9) 전면벽부(10)에 형성된 지지리브(11d)의 경사형 절결흠(14)에 걸림편(6c)(6d)이 끼워지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 카세트의 플랩(Flap) 설치구조.
