고정상 생촉매를 사용해 효소반응에 의한 전환반응을 연속적으로 실시하는 방법

제2도는 결정한 촉매량과 반응기 생산성.

Claims (8)

  1. 튜브반응기 안에서 반응물질-생성물질의 전환반응에 대한 효소활성을 갖는 고정상 생촉매로 반응물질용액을 전환시켜 효소반응으로 제조할 수 있는 생성물용액을 연속적으로 제조할 수 있는 방법으로, 튜브반응기를 따라서 흐르는 반응용액에다 고정상 생촉매를 같이 흘리면서 흔들고 일정한 시간 간격으로 일정한 촉매활성분포를 반응기내에 잘 유지킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일정하게 불활성화된 고정상 생촉매를 빼주고 새활성촉매를 넣어주어 그 활성분포를 잘 유지시켜 주는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 고정상 생촉매를 간헐적으로 넣어주고 빼주어 그 활성을 유지시키는 방법.
  4. 전항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 고정상 생촉매를 반응용액과 함께 튜브반응기 속을 통과시키며 흔드는 방법.
  5. 전항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 고정상 생촉매를 수직으로 배열한,튜브반응기, 즉 비중을 이용한 반응칼럼을 통해 흘리며 흔드는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 첫단계에서 촉매활성의 전환율이 결정되고 잘알려진 방법으로 반응칼럼안에서 고정상 생촉매의 전환반응을 시작하고 곧이어 미리 결정한 효소활성은 초기활성의 한계치안에 두고, 연속으로 또는 일정한 시간 간격으로 새 고정상 생촉매를 원하는 높이 또는 최대한도의 높이에 도달할 때까지 주입시키는 방법.
  7. 전항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 글루코즈를 이성화하는 활성을 갖는 고정상 생촉매에다 글루코즈를 함유한 반응용액을 번환반응시켜서 글루코즈와 후락토스를 함유하는 용액을 효소반응으로 제조할 수 있는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서 표시된 대로 해서 다공성 시리카나 다공성 아루미나에다 담지시킨 글루코즈 이성화효소를 고정상 생촉매로 사용하는 방법.
