Claims (1)
- 포도당 이성화 효소 활성이 있고 실리카 담체를 이용해서 만든 촉매의 존재하에서 포도당 용액을 반응시키는데 있어 포도당액을 지지촉매와 반응시키기 전에 실리카 혹은 알루모실리케이트의 조각과 접촉시키도록 이런 물질로 채워진 컬럼을 연속적으로 통과시킨 다음 촉매로 채워진 반응기를 통과시켜(이때 촉매에 대한 실리카 혹은 알루모실리케이트 조각의 무게비는 3 : 1에서 1 : 3임) 포도당과 과당을 함유한 용액을 제조하는 공정.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
