Claims (17)

  1. 하기식(I)로 표시되는 옥사졸리딘 화합물.
    [식중, R은 수소원자, C1-C10알킬, 아릴기, 비닐기, 할로겐치환된 C1-C10알콕시기를 나타내고, M은 규소원자 또는 비탄원자를 나타내며, R1은 C2-C5알킬렌기를 나타내고, R2및 R3은 각각 수소원자, C1-C10알킬기 또는 아릴기를 나타내며, R4는 수소원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내고, n은 0내지 3의 정수이다.]
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 메틸 또는 에틸인 옥사졸리딘 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, M이 규소원자인 옥사졸리딘 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R2및 R3이 각각 메틸, 에틸, 프로필 또는 페닐인 옥사졸리딘 화합물.
  5. 트리스[3-(2-이소프로필-5-메틸옥사졸리딘일)-2-이소프로폭시]메틸실란.
  6. 테트라키스[3-(2-이소프로필-5-메틸옥사졸리딘일)-2-이소프로폭시]실란.
  7. 비스[3-(2-이소프로필-5-메틸옥사졸리딘일)-2-이소프로폭시]디페닐실란.

  15. 제12항에 있어서, 반응이 30℃미만의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
