제 1 도는 본 고안의 분해 사시도.

1 : 상측솜판 1a, 2a : 펀칭결합부
2 : 하측솜판 3 : 직포심
4, 4a : 가압판 5, 5a : 침상돌기
본 고안은 카페트내에 들어가는 솜으로된 심재에 관한 것으로 직포 양면에 소정두께의 솜을 펀칭 결합하여 시이트 상으로 만들어 심재로 사용케 한 것이다.
종래의 카페트 심재는 스폰지나 넝마를 주로사용했기 때문에 쿠션이 불량하고 촉감이 나쁜 결점이 있었으며 작업하기도 불편한 단점이 있었다.
본 고안은 위와같이 종래의 결점을 시정하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 이를 첨부된 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
합성수지제섬유로 소물게 직성된 직포심(3)을 중앙에 두고 상면과 하면에 각각 부풀린 솜판(1)(2)을 일정두께로 펼쳐서 이를 침상돌기(4a)(5a)가 형성된 상하가 압판(4)(4a) 사이에 투입하여 소정두께가 되도록 압착하여 펀칭하므로서 상측솜판(1)과 하측솜판(2)에서 직포심을 통해 펀칭결합부(1a)(2a)가 형성되어 소정의 시트가 되게한 구조이다.
이와같이 된 본 고안은 상하솜판(1)(2)이 직포심(3)의 양면으로 압착되면서 가압판(4)(5)의 침상돌기(4a)(5a)에 의하여 솜의 섬유질이 침상돌기와 함께 직포심(3)을 관통하여 침상돌기가 빠져 나오면 그 자리에 남아 펀칭결합부(1a)(2a)를 형성하고 직포심의 수축력에 의하여 빠지지 않도록 지지되므로 봉재를 하지 않아도 시트가 되는 이점이 있고 솜자체의 섬유에 의하여 쿠션이 생기므로 촉감이 부드럽고 내구적이며 보온력이 양호한 이점이 있고 카페트내에 넣어 작업하기 좋은 장점이 있는 것이다.

  1. 합성수지제섬유로 소물게 직성된 직포심(3)을 중앙에 두고 상면과 하면에 각각 부풀린 솜판(1)(2)을 일정두께로 펼쳐서, 이를 침상돌기(4a)(5a)가 형성된 상하가 압판(4)(4a) 사이에 투입하여 소정두께가 되도록 압착하여 펀칭하므로서 상측솜판(1)과 하측솜판(2)에서 직포심을 통해 펀칭결합부(1a)(2a)가 형성되어 소정의 시트가 되게한 카페트용 심재.
