Description
Claims (14)
- A) 피시험재의 시료와 표준품의 양측에 각각 정현파 주기를 갖는 진동을 부여하는 공정과, B) 상기 진동의 일 싸이클을 통하여 균등하게 배설된 적어도 3개소의 검출지점에서의 시험결과를 측정하는 공정과, C) 상기 검출지점에서의 측정치에 각각 계산조작을 적용시켜서 i) 상기 피시험재의 측정치를 피시험재의 축적 탄성계수 그리고/또는 손실 탄성계수로 나타낼 수 있는 값으로 전환시키고, 그리고 ii) 상기 표준품의 측정치를 톨크와 위상각으로 나타낼 수 있는 값으로 전환시키는 공정과 ; D) 상기 피시험재의 축적 탄성계수 그리고/또는 손실 탄성계수의 정확한 값을 얻을 수 있도록 상기 표준품의 톨크와 위상각을 기준으로 상기 축적 탄성계수 그리고/또는 손실 탄성계수를 나타내는 값을 수정하는 공정으로 구성된 점탄성 물질의 시험방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시험결과는 균등하게 배설된 적어도 4개소의 검출지점에서 측정하며, 상기 계산조작은 프리에 불연속 변환으로 구성된 점탄성 물질의 시험방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 시험결과를 균등하게 배설된 8-80개소의 검출지점에서 측정하도록 구성된 점탄성 물질의 시험방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 시험결과를 균등하게 배설된 16개소의 검출지점에서 측정하도록 구성된 점탄성 물질의 시험방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표준품의 비틀림 스프링으로 구성된 점탄성 물질의 시험방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 검출된 고주파의 크기를 측정하여 처리하는 공정이 추가되어 구성된 점탄성 물질의 시험방법.
- 회전운동을 정현파의 주기를 갖는 진동운동으로 전환시키는 편심기구와, 시료 지지수단과, 상기 편심 기구에 설치되어 상기 시료 지지수단에 장착된 시료에게 진동을 부여하는 수단과, 상기 진동에 대하여 시험 결과를 측정하는 수단과, 상기 시험결과를 조정하는 수단을 구비한 것에 있어서, 사전에 설정된 다수의 간격에서 각각 시험결과를 검출할 수 있으며, 회전체의 매 회전마다 하나의 기준 검출결과를 송출할 수 있도록 회전체에 설치된 검출수단을 구비하여 구성된 점탄성 물질의 시험장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 진동을 부여하는 수단은 회전체로 구성되고, 상기 시험결과를 측정하는 수단은 상기 회전체에 장착된 톨크 변환기로 구성된 점탄성 물질의 시험장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 시료 지지수단은 가압으로 시료를 지지할 수 있음과 동시에 시료의 온도를 제어할 수 있도록 구성된 점탄성 물질의 시험장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 진동을 부여하는 수단은 상기 시료 지지수단의 일측으로 설치되어 구성된 점탄성 물질의 시험장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 시료 지지수단의 타측에는 상기 시험결과를 측정하는 수단이 설치되어 구성된 점탄성 물질의 시험장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 검출수단은 균등하게 배설된 관통공을 구비하고, 적어도 하나의 LED 포토다이오드와 연계작동 되는 디스크로 구성된 점탄성 물질의 시험장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 디스크는 균등하게 16개소에 배열 천설된 관통공과 하나의 기준공을 구비하고 상기 LED 포토다이오드가 2개로 설치되어 구성된 점탄성 물질의 시험장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 검출수단이 펄스 엔코더로 구성된 물질의 시험장치.
