프리프레그 균질화용 가열장치

본원 고안은 프리프레그 균질화용 가열장치에 관한 것이다.
종래에 있어서, 프리프레그 가열 장치는 이형지 위에 함침된 보강 섬유가 놓여진 후에는 부차적인 조치를 할 수 없으므로 최종 제품인 프리프레그의 두께와 수지의 함침량을 보정할 수 없으므로 표면에 요철 형태를 남기게 되므로서 프리프레그의 균질성이 저하되고 적층 작업을 어렵게하며 성형공정에서 수지 흐름에 의한 섬유 배열의 변화 및 흐트러짐을 초래하여 고급 제품의 생산이 어렵고, 열 효율이 낮으며 프리프레그에 직접 가해진 온도를 알 수 없고, 화재의 위험성 있는 등의 문제점이 있다.
본원은 전기한 바와 같은 제 문제점을 해결키 위해 고안한 것으로서, 첨부된 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
드럼(1)위에 소형롤러(2)의 축(6)을 장공(5)에 끼워 넣어서 드럼(1)과 밀착시키고, 히터(4)로 소형롤러(2)의 상부를 가열한다. 그리고 프리프레그을 함침된 수지가 소형롤러(2)에 부착된 것을 나이프(3)로 연속적으로 깍아서 제거한다.
이와 같이 구성되므로사, 열 효율을 높이며 제품의 두께와 수치함침량을 균등히 할 수 있고, 제품 표면에 요철이 생기지 않으므로 제품의 고급화를 기할 수 있고, 프리프레그에 가해지는 온도를 쉽게 알 수 있고, 화재의 위험성이 없는 등의 아주 우수한 효과가 있다.

  1. 도면에 도시한 바와같이, 드럼(1)을 설치하고 소형롤러(2)의 축(6)을 장공(5)에 끼우고, 히터(4) 및 나이프(3)를 설치하여서 된 프리프레그 균질화용 가열장치.
