Claims (7)

  1. a)옥수수 습식-분쇄 공정으로 부터 얻어진 조(粗)섬유소를 물로 희석하여 약2-약5중량%의 고형물 농도를 갖는 조 옥수수 섬유소의 수성 슬러리를 제공하는 단계 b)상기 조 옥수수 섬유소의 수성 슬러리를 조절된 히드로 클론의 작동 압력과 함께 상기 히드로클론을 통과시켜서 히드로 클론에 들어간 수성 슬러리 약65-약80부피%를 히드로 클론으로 부터의 오우버플로우 스트림 내로 방출시키는 단계 c)히드로 클론으로 부터의 상기 오우버플로우 스트림을 약2mm-약4mm의 스크린 오프닝(opening) 및 약6mm-약15mm의 패들과 스크린 사이의 클리어런스(clearance)g를 갖는 원심 분리성 패들 스크린으로 통과시키는 단계 및 d)원심 분리성 패드 스크린에 의해 분리된 고형물을 세척하여 높은 식이 섬유소 함량의 옥수수 섬유소 분류물을 제공하는 단계로 구성되는, 높은 식이 섬유소 함량을 갖는 옥수수 섬유소 생성물을 생성하기 위한 연속 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 b)에서 사용된 히드로클론의 작동압력이 조절되어, 히드로클론을 통한 압력 강하가 약0.56kg/㎠-0.9kg/㎠인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 c)에서 사용된 원심분리성 패들 스크린의 스크린 오프닝이 약3mm인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 c)에서 사용된 원심 분리성 패들 스크린의 패들 및 스크린 사이의 클리어런스가 약 7mm-약11mm인 방법.
  5. a)옥수수 습식 분쇄 공정으로 부터 얻어진 조 섬유소를 물로 희석하여 약2중량%-5중량%의 고형물 농도를 갖는 조 옥수수 섬유소의 수성 슬러리를 제공하는 단계, b)상기 조 옥수수 섬유소의 수성 슬러리를 조절된 히드로클론의 작동 압력과 함께 상기 히드로클론을 통과시켜서 히드로 클론에 들어간 수성 슬러리 약65-약80부피%를 히드로 클론의 오우버플로우 스트림 내로 방출시키는 단계 및 c)상기 오우버플로우 스트림으로 부터 높은 식이 섬유소 함량의 옥수수 섬유소를 분리시키는 단계로 구성되는 높은 식이 섬유소 함량을 갖는 옥수수 섬유소 생성물을 생성하기 위한 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 단계b)에서 사용된 히드로클론의 작동 압력을 조절시켜, 히드로 클론을 통한 압력 강하가 약0.56kg/㎠-0.9kg/㎠가 되게 하는 방법.
