제1도는 본 발명에 따라 제조한 전기장치의 평면도이다.
Claims (10)
- PTC행동을 나타내며, (1) 유기 중합체를 포함하는 제1중합체 성분; (2) (ⅰ) 결정화도가 적어도 10%이고, (ⅱ) 융점 Tm2가 예리하며, (ⅲ) Tm2이상의 온도에 노출시키는 경우, 용융강도가 전혀없는 제2성분; 및 (3) 미립자 전도성 충진재를 포함하는 전도성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (1) 제1중합체 성분이 융점 Tm1의 결정성 유기 중합체를 포함하며; (2) 제2중합체 성분이 측쇄 결정화를 나타내는 전도성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2중합체 성분이 탄소수가 적어도 8인 선형 측쇄를 갖는 비닐 중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 제2중합체 성분의 중량평균분자량이 적어도 5 ×104인 조성물.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 제2중합체 성분이 (ⅰ) 용융온도가 30내지 50℃이며, (ⅱ) 조성물의 15중량% 이하로 포함되는 폴리(비닐 스테아레이트)를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1중합체 성분이 사이클로올레핀(여기서, 사이클로 올레핀은 트랜스 함량이 55 내지 90%인 사이클로 옥테나머이다)으로부터 유도된 반복단위를 적어도 15중량%포함하는 조성물.
- 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, Tm1이 0 내지 80℃의 범위이고, Tm2가 (Tm1-150)℃내지 (Tm1+50)℃의 범위인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전도성 충진재가 카아본블랙을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기 미립자 충진재를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- (1) 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 따른 전도성 중합체 조성물로 이루어진, PTC행동을 나타내는 PTC소자 및 (2) 전원에 연결되어 PTC소자를 통하여 흐르는 전류를 발생시킬 수 있는 적어도 2개의 전극을 포함하는 전기장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
