Claims (12)
- 액상에서의, 탄소수2내지 6의 저급 지방족 알칸올 및 폴리알킬 방향족류를 코발트-망간-브롬촉매〔여기서, 언급된 코발트의 중량비율(코발트 원소 기준)은 폴리알킬 방향족류의 몰당 약 0.2내지 약 10밀리그람 원자(mga)의 범위내이고, 언급된 망간의 중량 비율(망간 원소 기준)은 코발트의 mga당 약 0.2내지 약 10mga의 범위내이며, 언급된 브롬의 중량 비율(브롬 원소 기준)은 전체의 코발트와 망간중 약 0.2내지 약1.5mag의 범위내이다.〕를 함유하는 반응영역〔이때, 이 반응영역은 물 및 탄소수 2 내지 6의 지방족 모노카복실산을 함유하는 용매(여기서, 언급된 폴리알킬 방향족류에 대한 언급된 용매 혼합물의 중량비는 19 : 1내지 약 1 : 1의 범위내이다)를 함유한다〕내에서 언금된 촉매의 존재하에 약 250 내지 약 465℉의 온도 및 약 0 내지 약 35㎏/㎠ 범위내의 게이지압에서 지체시간이 약 10내지 약 240분인 산소-함유기체와 반응시키고, 탄소수 2내지 6의 모노 카복실산 및 방향족 몰리카복실산을 함유하는 반응생성물을 회수함을 특징으로하여, 탄소수 2내지 6의 지방족 모노카복실산 및 방향족 폴리카복실산을 동시에 제조하는 액상 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 저급 알칸올을 반응영역으로 통과시키고 동일 반응계내에서 산소-함유 기체와 반응시켜 탄소수 2내지 6의 지방족 모노카복실산을 제조한 후 지방족 모노카복실산을 용매의 한 성분으로서 반응영역내에 잔류시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저급 지방족 알칸올이 폴리알킬방향족류의 약 0.1내지 100중량%범위내의 양으로 공급물내에 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소수 2내지 6의 저급 지방족 알칸올이 에탄올, n-프로판율, n-부탄올, 이소부탄올, 아밀알코올 및 n-헥실 알코올로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저급 지방족 알칸올이 에탄올이고 지방족 모노카복실산이 아세트산인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 물 1내지 약 50중량% 및 아세트산 약 50내지 99중향%를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지체 시간이 약 30내지 약 120분인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산소-함유 기체가 공기인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리알킬 방향족류에 대한 용배 혼합물의 중량비가 약6:1내지 약1 : 1의 범위내인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리알킬 방향족류에 대한 용매 혼합물의 중량비가 3 : 1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리알킬 방향족류가 파라크실렌이고, 저급 지방족 알칸올이 에탄올이며 공정이 반-연속식 또는 연속식 모드인 방법.
