Claims (10)
- 렌즈를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 주형내에 광학 조절 표면을 코이닝하는 단계와, 상기 주형내에 렌즈를 성형하는 단계를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코이닝 단계가 제1물질로 코이닝 축을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 코이닝 축보다 유연한 제2물질로 형성된 블렝크 안으로 상기 코이닝축을 가압하는 단계를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 성형 단계가 상기 코이닝 축의 표면에 가역 주형의 형상을 형성하는 단계를 구비하고, 상기 가역 주형 형상이 상기 구면 부분위에 굴절율을 변환에 대응하는 곡률 반경의 변화를 나타내는 구면 부분을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 구면 부분의 상기 곡률 반경의 변화를 형성하는 것은 Rx =Ro1+KX 여기에서 K =Ro PV (N2-N1)그리고 여기에서 Ro=초기 곡률 반경, P=렌즈의 구면 부분의 굴절율 증가의 전체 변화, V=렌즈의 구면 부분의 폭, Ni=물의 굴절지수인 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 곡률 반경의 곡률 중심의 궤적을 Sx~ ∼/ba 2-;V (1-Rx/Ro)의 방정식에 의해 개략적으로 궁형 진로를 추종하도록 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 주형 공동으로 부터 제조된 렌즈가 단일 플래시 라인을 나타내도록 상기 코이닝 축의 외주 반경을 형성하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 40 록크웰 경도와 스케일 C로 경화된 코이닝 축이 제조되도록 상기 코이닝축을 열처리 하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코어링축의 상기 표면을 광학적으로 폴리싱하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형 단계가 상기 주형내에 렌즈 성형축을 도입하는 단계와, 실제적으로 구면인 제1구면 표면과 제2구면을 가진 양면 볼록형 렌즈를 제조하기 위하여 상기 주형내에 상기 물질을 경화하는 단계를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈상에 존재하는 어떤 과도한 플래시를 연삭하도록 텀블러내에서 상기 렌즈를 텀블링하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 렌즈 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
