Claims (9)
- 슬러리 유입구 및 실의 외측부분으로 흐름을 따른 방향으로 환류 유출구가 설치된 실과 여과액 유출구가 설치된 실이 필터로 분리된 여과장치에 있어서, 슬러리 탱크로 부터 보내진 슬러지를 가압하여, 상기 슬러리 유입구로 내보내는 수단과, 상기 슬러리 유입구로 부터 필터면에 대해서 경사방향으로 대도록 슬러리 흐름을 분출시키는 수단과 상기 슬러리 유출구에서 미이과의 슬러리를 상기 슬러리 탱크로 환류시키는 수단과를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리 여과장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터가 회전하는 통상 필터인 슬러리 여과장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터가 회전하는 원반상 필터인 슬러리 여과장치.
- 제1항 내지 3항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리 유출구의 방향이 필터의 면의 접선 방향에서 내향으로 30도의 각도 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리 여과장치.
- 제1항 내지 3항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리 유입구에서 분출되는 슬러리 흐름을 충돌판에 댄 뒤에 필터면에 대는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리 여과장치.
- 제1내지 3항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리 유입구가 설치된 실내에 형성되는 슬러리 흐름에 의하는 유로의 일부의 단면적을 감소시킨 필터 막힘 해소 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리 여과장치.
- 제1내지 3항에 있어서, 밸브 및 밸브좌를 내마모성 재료로 형성하고, 실린더 벽에 설치되어 있는 복수의 패킹 중, 실린더 실측의 패킹을 내마모성 연질수지로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜지 펌프에 의하여 슬러리를 가압하여 상기 슬러리 유입구로 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리 여과장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 내마모성 연질 수지가 우레탄 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리 여과장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 및 밸브좌가 내마모성 재료를 구이끼움하여 끼워맞춤시킨을 특징으로 하는 슬러리 여과장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
