Claims (10)

  1. TV프로그램 시청에 관한 정보를 얻기 위하여 TV세트들에 시청률 검출 또는 측정장치(10)들을 결합시키고 장치(10)들의 메모리들 안에 상기 정보 및 그의 정확한 시간을 기록시키며 상기 장치들 내에 기록되어진 상기 정보를 상기 종합중앙유닛으로 전송하기 위하여 각각의 장치를 전화 네트워크를 통하여 종합중앙유닛(26)에 정기적으로 연결시키는 등의 과정으로 이루어져 있으며 교환전화 네트워크 내에 엑세스점들을 갖고 있는 디지탈 데이타를 이송시키기 위하여 종합중앙유닛(26)을 디지탈 네트워크(28)를 통하여 교환전화 네트워크에 연결하고, 장치(10)들과 종합중앙유닛(26)사이의 데이타 집중장치들로서 상기 디지탈 네트워크 및 그의 엑세스점(30)들을 사용하며 정기적으로 또는 종합중앙유닛(26)으로부터의 명령에 따라 모든 장치(10)들 또는 대다수의 장치(10)들을 종합중앙유닛(26)에 연결시키고 장치(10)들에 의해 검출되어진 TV프로그램의 시청에 대한 정보를 리얼타임내에 종합중앙유닛으로 전송하는 등의 과정을 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 TV프로그램시청에 대한 정보의 획득 및 전송방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 많은 수의 장치(10)들에 의해 리얼타임 내에 제공되어진 정보를 종합중앙유닛으로 전송하는데 사용되어지는 상기 디지탈 네트워크의 회선수를 매우 적게 제한하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 장치(10)의 메모리내에 디지탈 네트워크로의 액세스점(30)에 대한 전화번호 및 종합중앙유닛(26)으로의 액세스 코드를 기록시키고 장치(10)가 상기 전화번호 및 상기 액세스코드를 자동적으로 장치의 메모리내에 기억되어져 있는 소정시간에 송시시키도록 하며 종합중앙유닛으로의 연결이 이루어지고 정보가 전송되어진 후에는 종합중앙유닛으로부터 주어지는 명령에 따라 네트워크로부터 장치를 분리시키는 등의 과정을 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 장치(10)가 종합중앙유닛(26)으로 정보를 전송한 후, 장치내에 기록되어진 응용프로그램을 수정하고, 및/또는 정보의 획득에 관한 매개변수들을 변경하며, 및/또는 역시 장치내에 기록되어져 있는 키워드들, 액세스 코드들 등을 변경시키고, 장치의 내부시계를 종합중앙유닛의 시계와 일치시키며, 임의로 장치를 유지시키거나 또는 장치가 적합하게 작동하고 있는가를 확인하는 등에 있어서 상기 종합중앙유닛을 사용하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,TV세트와 결합되어진 장치(10)에 의해 검출되고 전성되어지는 정보에는 TV의 온/오프 상태 및 선택되어지는 채널의 식별에 대한 정보 및 또한 TV세트 앞에 있는 시청자들의 수에 대한 정보 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 장치(10)에 의해 제공되어지는 선택되어지는 채널에 관한 정보 및 TV세트 앞에 있는 시청자들의 수에 관한 정보등의 양 정보가 모두 해당 결과 후의 소정의 시간길이 동안 동시에 종합중앙유닛(26)으로 전송되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서, 연속되는 전송방법이 해당 결과 후의 서로 다른 시간길이 동안 연속해서 선택되어지는 채널에 관한 정보 및 TV세트 앞에 있는 시청자들의 수에 관한 정보를 전송하기 위하여 사용되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. TV세트(12)와 결합되어진 시청률 검출 또는 측정장치(10), 장치(10)들에 의해 제공되어진 정보를 처리하기 위한 종합중앙유닛(26) 및 장치들과 종합중앙유닛(26) 사이에서 전환 네트워크(22)를 통하여 정보를 전송하기 위한 수단등로 구성되고, 각 장치에 마이크로프로세서 및 정보저장메모리들과 함께 교환전화 네트워크에 연결되어지는 변복조회로(16)가 포함되어 있으며 정보를 전송하기 위한 수단이 디지탈 데이타를 이송하기 위한 디지탈네트워크 내에 엑세스점(30)들 및 회선들을 구성함으로써 데이타 집중장치들을 이루고 단일 디지탈 네트워크 회선이 리얼타임내에 많은 수의 시청률 검출장치(10)에 의해 제공되어지는 정보를 전송할 수있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 TV프로그램 시청에 대한 정보의 획득 및 전송 시스템.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 장치(10)들내의 메모리들이 디지탈 네트워크로의 액세스점의 전화번호 및 종합중앙유닛(26)으로의 액세스 코드와 자동적으로 메모리내에 기록되어진 시각에 상기 전화번호를 돌리고 상기 코드를 송신하는 수단 및 장치들에 의해 제공되어지는 정보를 리얼타임내에 종합중앙유닛(26)으로 전송하는 수단을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  10. 제 8 항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 검출장치들에는 타임베이스, 상기 타임베이스를 종합중앙유닛(26)의 타임 베이스와 일치시키는 수단 및 결합되어져 있는 TV세트의 온/오프 상태의 검출. 선택되어지는 채널의 식별 및 TV세트 앞에 있는 시청자들의 수를 산정하기 위한 수단이 포함되어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
