Claims (6)
- a) 미생물 세포를 흡착하거나 끌어들이는 흡착제 입자와 유체 샘플을 혼합하고, b) 혼합물을 진탕시켜 유체중의 흡착제 입자, 미생물 및 다른 고체 불순물의 실질적으로 균일한 현탁액을 만들고, c) 상기 현탁액을, 걸렸거나 흡착된 미생물을 함유하는 흡착제 입자만을 케익으로서 실질적으로 보유하는 필터에 통과시키고, d) 임의로는, 실질적으로 모든 가용성 불순물의 상기 케익을 세척하고, e) 미생물이 함유된 상기 흡착제 입자를 미생물에 대해 실질적으로 불활성인 순수 액체에 재현탁시켜 흡착제 입자를 미생물로부터 분리하고, f) 상기 흡착제 입자가 침전되도록 하고 이에 따라 상등액체에 미생물이 분비되도록 하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 분리가 어려운 여러가지 불순물이 함유된 유체 샘플로부터 미생물을 분리하고 검출하는 방법.
- a) 미생물 세포를 흡착하거나 끌어들이는 흡착제 입자와 유체 샘플을 혼합하고, b) 혼합물을 진탕시켜 유체중의 흡착제 입체, 미생물 및 다른 고체 불순물의 실질적으로 균일한 현탁액을 만들고, c) 상기 현탁액을, 걸렸거나 흡착된 미생물을 함유하는 흡착제 입자만을 케익으로서 실질적으로 보유하고 케익과 같은 필터에 통과시키고 d) 임의로는, 실질적으로 모든 가용성 불순물의 상이 케익을 세척하고, e) 미생물이 함유된 상기 흡착제 입자를 미생물에 실질적으로 불활성인 순수 액체에 재현탁시키고, f) 미생물 세포를 파괴하여 검출가능한 세포 성분을 분비시키고, g) 상기 미생물이 측정대상으로서 상기 성분을 검출 하는 단계를 특징으로 하여, 분리가 어려운 여러가지 불순물을 함유하는 유체 샘플로부터 미생물을 분리하고 검출하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 흡착제 입자가 대부분의 직경이 2내지 10 마이크론인 규조토, 입자, 펄라이트 입자 및 지올라이트 점토 입자로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 단계f)의 파괴가 음파파쇄에 의해 수행되며 미생물을 면역분석 방법을 사용하여 검출하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 단계 c)의 현탁액이 기공크기가 약 20마이크론인 다공성 플러그를 통해 여과되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 유체가 유정 샘플이고 미생물이 설페이트-환원 박테리아인 방법.단일 개공이 있는 샘플 용기 및 한쪽 말단은 좁은 개공이 있고 다른쪽 말단은 비교적 넓은 개공(이는 샘플 용기의 개공과 공기가 새지 않게 결합되도록 개작되어 있다)이 있으며 두 개공사이의 영역이 플러그 또는 필터 물질을 함유하도록 개작된, 속이 빈 튜브로 이루어진 수집 캡을 포함함을 특징으로하는, 분리가 어려운 여러 불순물을 함유하는 유체로부터 미생물을 분리하기 위한 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
