Claims (17)
- 하기 일반식을 갖는 추출제와 약 7.0이하의 pH를 갖는 용액을 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 수성 용액으로부터 아연(Ⅱ), 카드뮴(Ⅱ), 니켈(Ⅱ), 코발트(Ⅱ), 망간(Ⅱ), 철(Ⅲ) 및 구리(Ⅱ)로 이루어진군으로 부터 선택된 금속의 추출방법 :상기식에서 R 및 R1은 각각 2-24개의 탄소원자를 갖는 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬, 시클로알킬, 알콕시알킬, 알킬시클로알킬, 아릴, 알카릴, 아르알킬 및 시클로알킬아릴 라디칼로 이루어진군으로 부터 선택되고, X는 수소, 암모늄, 또는 알카리 또는 알카리 토금속 염-형성 라디칼이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출된 금속을 함유하는 추출제상으로 부터 수성 상을 분리시키는 부가적인 단게를 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 광산으로 스트립핑시켜 상기 추출제상으로 부터 추출된 금속을 회수하는 부가적인 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 0℃-약 80℃범위의 온도에서 추출이 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, pH가 약 0.8-약 6.0범위에 있는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬기가 4-8개 탄소 원자를 함유하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 알킬기가 2, 4, 4-트리메틸펜틸인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추출제가 비스(2, 4, 4-트리메틸펜틸)-모노티오포스핀 산인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 0℃-약 80℃범위의 온도, 약 1.0-약 6.0범위의 pH에서 추출이 수행되고 알킬기가 4-8개 탄소원자를 함유하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 추출제가 비스(2, 4, 4-트레메틸펜틸)모노티오포스핀 산인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속에 덧붙여, 상기 수성용 액이 칼슘(Ⅱ) 및/또는 마그네슘(Ⅱ)을 함유하는 방법.
- 1) R 및 R1이 각각 2-24개의 탄소원자를 갖는 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬, 시클로알킬, 알콕시알킬, 알킬시클로알킬, 아릴, 알카릴, 아르알킬 및 시클로알킬아릴 라디칼로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, X가 수소, 암모늄, 또는 알칼리 또는 알카리 토금속 염 형성 라디칼인 일반식을 갖는 약 2-약 99부피부의 화합물, 2) 약 98-1 약 1부피부의 물과 섞일 수 없는 유기 희석제, 및 3) 약 0- 약 15부피부의 상개질제로 구성되는 추출 용매와 상기 용액을 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 수성 용액으로부터 아연(Ⅱ), 카드뮴(Ⅱ), 니켈(Ⅱ), 코발트(Ⅱ), 망간(Ⅱ), 철(Ⅲ) 및 구리(Ⅱ)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 금속의 추출방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 비스(2, 4, 4-트리메틸펜틸)모노티오포스핀산인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 추출이 적어도 하나의 상기 금속들 및 칼슘(Ⅱ) 또는 마그네슘(Ⅱ)을 함유하는 수성용액으로 부터 아연(Ⅱ), 코발트(Ⅱ), 망간(Ⅱ) 또는 니켈(Ⅱ)인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 추출이 칼슘(Ⅱ) 및 아연(Ⅱ)을 함유하는 수성 용액으로 부터 아연(Ⅱ)인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 비스(2, 4, 4-트리메틸펜틸)모노티오포스핀 산인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 광산으로 스트립핑시켜 추출된 금속을 함유하는 결과적 추출상으로 부터 추출된 금속을 회수하는 부가적인 단계를 포함하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
