Claims (6)
- 알카리 금속 황화물, 디할로 화합물 및 폴리할로방향족 화합물을 유기아미드 용매중에서 반응시킴에 있어 (A)디할로방향족 화합물과 폴리할로방향족 화합물의 총 전환률이 50 내지 98%에 도달하고 단계 말기에 얻어진 황화폴리아릴렌의 용융점도가 1,200/초의 전단속도 및 310℃에서 측정할때 5내지 5,000포아즈로 될 때까지 180내지235℃에서 그리고 알카리 금속 황화물 1몰당 0.5내지 2.9몰의 물 존재하에 알카리 금속 황화물, 디할로방향족 화합물 및 분자에 3이상의 할로겐 치환체를 갖는 폴리할로방향족 화합물을 반응시켜 황화폴리아릴렌을 얻기 위한 초기 중합단계; (B)공급되는 알카리 금속 황화물 1몰당 물의 양을 2.5내지 7몰이 되도록 조절하는 동안, 240℃에서 얻어진 중합체의 용융점도가 310℃및 전단속도 1,200/초에서 측정할때 300내지 10,000포아즈에 도달하도록 단계(A)로부터 240℃까지의 온도 상승속도를 조절하고 240℃와 그 다음단계(C)의 반응온도 사이의 온도 상승속도를 10내지 100℃/시간의 범위로 더 조절하는 온도 상승단계; 그리고 (C)최종 중합체의 용융점도가 330℃및 전단속도 /2초에서 측정될때 1×105포아즈 이상이 될 때까지 245 내지 290℃에서 더 반응시키기 위한 제2중합단계를 포함하는 가교된 과립상 황화폴리아릴렌의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리할로방향족 화합물의 양이 알카리 금속 황화물 1몰당 0.003 내지 0.1몰인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최종적으로 얻어진 과립상의 가교된 황화폴리아릴렌의 평균 입경이 100 내지 2,000㎛인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (B)에서 240℃에서 얻어진 중합체의 용융점도가 700 내지 5,000 포아즈인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (B)에서 온도상승 속도가 20 내지 70℃/시간인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 과립상의 기교된 황화 폴리아릴렌.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
