제1도는 이 발명에 따른 공정에 이용가능한 포인트-플레인 코로나 방전형 플라즈마 반응기를 도식적으로 설명하는 도면, 제2도는 상이한 내부전극 간격에 대해 실시한 이 발명에 따른 공정의 1-헥센의 주파수에 따른 투광도를 타나내는 적외선 스펙트럼.
Claims (12)
- 카보닐 및/또는 히드록실기르 포함하는 탄화수소 화합물로 구성되는 “옥소” 생성물 또는 그 유도체 합성을 위한 공정에 있어서, 알켄과 같은 불포화 탄화수소기질이 수소와 일산화탄소의 혼합물로 이루어지는 반응물과 반응하며, 기질이 플라즈마 상태로 활성화된 반응 혼합물의 중성 활성종과 접촉하도록 이동된 이후에 반응이 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알켄이 알켄 이중결합에 각각 H-C=O또는 환원에 의한 H-C-OH기가 고정된 알데히드 및 알코올을 포함하는 생성혼합물 또는 이 혼합물로 부터의 분리에 의한 이들 두 성분중 하나를 얻기위하여 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성공정.
- 1또는 2항에 있어서, 수소/일산화탄소 혼합물의 활성화반응이 플라즈마 반응기에서 일어나며, 기질이 활성화된 혼합물과 접촉하도록 플라즈마의 활성부분 밖으로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성공정.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기질 및 반응체가 대기압 및 실온에 가까운 온도에서 반응기로 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성공정.
- 상기 항들중 어느 한항에 있어서, CO/H2부피 이동 속도비가 1이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성공정.
- 상기 항들중 어느 한항에 있어서, CO/H2부피 이동 속도비가 1/2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성공정.
- 제3항 내지 6항에 있어서, 상기 플라즈마와 반응기가, 포인트가 플레인전극에 평행하게 배열되는 포인트-플레인 코로나 방전형이며, 상기 기질이 포인트와 플레인사이의 활성영역아래로, 포인트 축 방향으로 반응기에 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성공정.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 포인트 전극이 양하진을 띠며, 플레인전극이 어스에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성공정.
- 제7또는 8항에 있어서, 일산화탄소가 포인트 전극 레벨에 주입되며, 수소가 반응기 외면에 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성공정.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기플라즈마 반응기가, CO+H2혼합물이 활성화된후, 처리되는 기질과 접촉하도록 이동되기 전에, 수소기체의 기류에 의한 입자의 유동 베드에 의해 냉각되는 열 플라즈마형인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성공정.
- 하나 이상의 홀로 포인트 전극을 구비하며, 포인트 전극을 통해 반응기가 인살화탄소 기체로 채워지고, 포인트 전극이 플레인전극과 평행하게 배열되며, 수소가 반응기 외면에 주입되고, 액체 탄화수소 기질이 포인트-플레인 간격보다 적은 포인트-기질 간격으로 축방향으로 포인트 아래에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포인트-플레인 코로나 방전형 플라즈마 반응기로 구성되는 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한항에 따른 공정에 사용가능한 장치.
- 유동화 장치의 챔버에 측면으로 주입되는 CO+H3플라즈마 토치를 생성하는 고주파수 플라즈마 반응기와, 상기 챔버의 출구에 연결되며 기질이 활성화된 CO+H2혼합물의 이동에 대해 반대방향으로 순환하는 팩킹 컬럼형 튜브형 반응기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제10항의 공정을 수행하기 위해 사용가능한 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
